- The 2 previous series were the Suzuki Bandit 600 and the Polaris Sportsman 500. Both of them had issues where they got too expensive to repair. So instead of putting more money into them than what they are worth, they are going to get combined into one. The project's nickname is the Venn Venture, Venn Ture being the shortened form. Venture is short for adventure since the frame is from an atv. This is episode 4. We used the parts cut up from the last video and get a good idea of what needs to be done and to account for the changes we've made recently. Now, that this project is caught up to current date, I'll be releasing some videos of cooler projects while I get this worked on.

Is the old suspension going to be strong enough to handle the weight of the new engine?
I've been wondering that too. This last weekend I have been making the rear motor mounts like you suggested so I can get the positioning of the front shocks right. I also spent the last 3 days cleaning the front shocks. I think It should be fine for the most part, and I can adjust preload if needed. But if it doesn't end up working, yeah I'll have to buy stiffer springs and probably shocks to suit that too. We'll have to see!
