Yep. I don't know why people support this game. The RUclipsr has to build his deck with cancerous kaiju, ash and psy frame negate spam just to play. His creative freedom is non existent.

It's arguably stronger now even if branded fusion is at 1

I mean Konami has been doing this for years. The only difference is with MD they get all the profits since there’s no second hand market. Print OP Cards / give older cards OP support. Sell those cards for as long as possible. Chip away at the consistency & or power ceiling until the deck becomes bad. Then down the line unban & unlimit when cards are power crept. Rinse & repeat.
I understand your issue, but meta decks will always get nerfed after a while, so new decks are viable without being much stronger than the older decks.

Sure, because they give you 20 more UR cp on a kash fenrir they limit to 1, so kash isnt as consistant anymore, you'll for sure build a new deck with those 30 ur dust you get

The best part, is that they dont ban cards because they're broken, more than half the cards are banned because they wanna sell you more packs, oh no, god forbid you play D LINK, wyvernbuster so broken you need to burn all your resources to end on 1 omni and borrelend, if youre having trouble with that you might not wanna see shs boards
i really dislike kashtira, but kashtira isnt broken, the best board a kashtira deck can have is ariseheart fenrir shagr-ira, not a negate, not a counter trap, useless deck getting fenrir at 1, and birth at 1

The only reason konami doesnt want you to play dlink is because dlink is cheap and old, people have been playing dlink since master duel release and they wanna kill the deck already, so instead we get a meta with only 3 viable decks, the 3 decks that can play under droll nib ash maxx c while being able to have room for 20 handtraps, mannadium branded and shs

I've played yugioh since 2021. both in TCG paper and in simulators like Dueling Nexus and Master Duel. I always built and played only rogue and casual decks like suship and earth machine because the very thing you talk about in this video doesn't happen to the less powerful strategies. I don't have to get used to my decks' combo and engine pieces being limited/banned and having to get myself a whole new deck or engine just because otherwise I would be in for a bricky inconsistent mess. It's great to be able to beat the shit out of everyone with the newest meta deck but you know you're on a timer before the cards get annihilated ((and you paid hundreds of dollars for it)).
@Lilmikemikesix: First mistake playing competitively yes if you play competitively you are going to play the better deck, konami banned the most broken card on does better deck every month, so people that play competitively will return back into the game, people will not return into the game if they are force to do a mirror match with the better deck, just to have a chance to win. Second mistake since you are playing competitively and you stop playing for 6 month, that was to long of a stop, so you miss out on all the diffrent type of festival, and also you miss out, on the new animation of the Egyption god card, including the alternate art work. The egyption god card have finial attack animation now at the time they introduce the new animation the finial attack animation will be the same regardless of the art work version of the Egyption god card. Since you miss the introduction to the Egypiton god card animation you miss one of does as a free card. The new animation for the Egyption God card are still available currently

If you believe that just because you want a deck to be viable forever and its not then the game is bad then this game isnt for you. the game isnt worse becuase of it. If tearlaments was meta still then real players would leave, if kashtira was full power real players would leave, if the stun decks and bot decks were still meta people would leave.
The whole reason the banlist exists is to avoid staleness in the game and stop people from abusing cards hat shouldnt have ever been printed in the metas they were. Anybody spending money on this game isnt playing optimally or even close to on a casual level. you're arguments are pathetic and unreasonable , want cards that objectively make the game more infuriating back so you can enjoy it and everyone else cant play against a full tear board or a full kashtira zone lock board . 1-2 games a day with nearly 0 investment gets you every deck that releases monthly. Stop spreading misinformation and doomsaying when you are clearly clueless. If tear was full power it would be only playable deck for the next 2 years, it was already proven as strongest deck ever created and only gets stronger and strogner with more generic releases and mill cards. If this guy had ANY idea how to balance then he would understand this simple reasoning behind banning it and other decks to allow others to be played

I understand you're frustrated at a lot of your decks being hit, but I think you're being a little overdramatic, sure a lot of these decks may be weaker but certainly not unplayable. Ultimately new decks will always be the priority that's just the way it is with card games but that doesn't mean just because your older deck isn't tier 1 anymore you can't have fun with it.
