Im sorry, I know you don’t play MD but Block Dragon and Adamancipator was still stupid powerful in MD until it was banned a couple months ago and MD has Maxx C.. it was not “OKAY”
Adams without Block Dragon are mid as hell. But yeah they banned it to push cancer decks like braindead and shs. They could have just made an errata to make Block Dragon banish itself after reviving or make it a hard once per turn too. But it's easier to just ban it.

Konami doesn't want Electrumite because it enables Pendulum Pile decks. Konami TCG wants more archetype-focused decks
Banlist is one of the most frustrating parts of this game. Majority of cards would make 0 difference if they were legal, and half of the remaining ones would not make significant impact. Every card listed would be perfectly fine.

Block dragon is broken i still wanna see it come back tho just to see rock decks make a comeback. Also wanna see electromite comeback for the same reason so pendulums can be a viable deck

I'm a simple Duelist. I see Electrumite, Kirin, and Master Peace on these sort of lists, I hit LIKE immediately on the video.
Flemberg special summons two monsters from the GY, Block Dragon adds 3 cards from your deck, on top of that this thing protects all your Rock Monsters for no reason and can special all the time by banishing 3 cards. Its not fine.
The way fire specials summons and plays through hand traps… I have no issue with block dragon if it’s limited to one
People who think block dragon and flamberge are the same are kinda insane. Block dragon is almost never a brick, can summon itself multiple times, provides protection, and searches off it's own eff from deck. Absolutely cannot come back imo
Electrumite didn’t even need to be banned in 2020. Imagine Konami implying it still needs to be banned in 2024. Keeping cards on the banlist because Konami doesn’t want you to play them rather than because they’re unfair for the game is one of the many indicators of how far the banlist has deteriorated from its initial purpose to being all about $$$
You got Beyond the Pendelum and you still want Electrumite back
not to be confrontational here but beyond the pendulum is so much worse than electrumite i think the only people who make the "you have btp, you don't need electrumite" argument are people who don't play the deck. negating the effects of your pend scales between the search and pend summon is a massive L. I'd trade 3 copies of beyond the pendulum for 1 copy of electrumite any day @@deltest1770
@@deltest1770 1) Beyond isn't as good as Electrumite, despite the card itself being good for what it does. 2) Beyond was designed to work alongside Electrumite, not to be its replacement.
With so many hand traps running around in the format, I keep thinking about how easily all of the cards you mentioned could be countered in ways that they couldn’t in their heyday. Drawing a card is even more of a liability because Droll is still a thing, and having to end your turn on a weaker board can be the end of the game, so Chicken Game and Electrumite immediately sound weak compared to an archetypal searcher. The Zenmaity hand loop plays into Nibiru. Kirin can be shuffled away with Talents. Block Dragon is the only one that may still need to stay banned.
Doesn't mean Chicken game is healthy? It forces people to play Droll to not lose to degenerate draw FTK decks

Another reason *Glow-Up Bulb* can come back is the fact that you can only use the effect once per *duel* , it's not like you can abuse it over and over again. I agree it definitely can be unbanned without any issues. Other cards that I think should not be banned are *Eclipse Wyvern* , *Thunder Dragon Colossus* , *Knightmare Mermaid* , and *Heavy Storm* . They would be fine coming off the banned list and would not pose a big threat in today's metagame. If you think any of these should remain banned please elaborate *{::>_
Heavy storm is fine.
Colossus isn't. Why ? Because it's unfair. It's a floodgate. Why would you unban one ? On top of that it's very splashable thanks to Nemeses Corridor.
And even if Corridor is banned in exchange, it's still stupid to give Thunder Dragon a win con that is unfair. Even if TD stays at tier 3 with Colossus, it's not fun to play against it.
Mermaid should be fine honestly, but the potential of stupidity it has is big. Card pool is bigger than before, and it will increase over time. It's just a question about time, indeed, Mermaid could be abused again.
Eclipse Wyvern is even more degenerate as a combo enabler. Stays banned.

GUB can definitely come back, simply put it wouldn't be any better than Jet at the moment, in fact it would be worse. Because jet is a level one fire it is preferable for the top decks right now. We shouldn't be afraid of glow up bulb at all.

Pot of Greed should come back to one and just stay there because if we are going to limit the Pot of Prosperity or semi limit, it we need a way to thin out our decks so we can get to our engine pieces
Pot of Greed would probably be fine but if they limit Prosp with the intention of preventing us from digging for resources then they won’t give us Pot of Greed back at the same time

have you read the card? I played against triple Eva Drytron on Master Duel, it feels really hopeless haha
@@STAVROS1801 do you think at 1, not 3, Eva in Drytron ( or any fairy deck that you feel is better at using it than Drytron) would be tier 1 rn in the current format? Or the past few formats? Drytron with triple Eva isn't even in the top ten decks in master Duel. It's rogue with 3 Eva and 2 or 3 benten? I just don't see it being any crazier than current snake eye, or full power kashtira, or full power tear was or tear was after all the hits. It's a good card. I love Drytron. I want to be allowed to play one because it would help but I don't think it would be better than all the other stuff people are playing rn. It would just fit in IMO.

Honestly the only one I disagree with is Chicken game. The only reason I say this is because theoretically it gives you 7 draw 1s, with 3 pseudo space, 3 chicken game, and more.

The only correct card that is not on the list is Maxx c. Everything else except Zenmighty can stay banned.

The only reason they haven't is because there is an FTK that it promotes. Konami has hinted at not liking FTK style decks.

Simorgh, bird of sovereignty should be unbanned... It's at 3 in every other format and the decks it's good with (Simorgh, TriBrigade, Lyrilusc) aren't that good. Tcg banlists in general are funky 😅
Nah, I know Barrier Statue is banned but the card is still too strong imo
