Recipes:
Baked Miso Rainbow Trout
Ingredients:
2 tbsp of miso paste
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp olive oil
Black pepper
Trout fillet
For the glaze;
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp honey
1 tsp sesame oil
For serving:
Steamed rice
toasted sesame seeds
spring onions for garnish
Greens of choice
In a mixing bowl, combine miso paste, honey, soy sauce, olive oil and pepper, mix well
Add trout in the miso mixture and marinate for 20-30 minutes
Preheat the oven to 375°F
Bake for 13-15 minutes
Remove forms he oven and let it rest for 5 minutes
Serve with steamed rice, greens and garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds
Enjoy!

Hi Jen ‼️ Well, i'm a morning person too, even on my days off, i wake up early and the first thing i do is drink a cup of coffee ( I'm a coffee lover too ). Today i cooked my favourite Sunday's meal, spaghetti with minced meat and feta cheese ( feta is a greek brined white cheese, usually made from sheep' milk ). I work in a different time zone than I live, so although I am a morning person, I don't usually have time to go slowly! On my days off, my body still wakes at 6 and wants to move! The slow part of my day starts around 4PM and I do enjoy a long, leisurely evening.

Lovely video as usual! Thank you! My slow mornings are generally on the weekends, since I leave for work at 6am during the week. But I always enjoy a cup of coffee and snuggle with my dog before leaving for work. And we usually watch one of your videos or a similar slow living video to set the day off right. The rest of my day is chaotic, so it's a nice way to begin.

I watch your vlog in the morning as I have my breakfast. Your beautiful imagery and music set the tone for me. Some days I can feel a bit frantic so I sit and look at the trees and listen to the birds sing. Then I start my daily routine, tidy kitchen, make bed, dress. Wearing lipstick and a spritz of perfume make me feel good, even if I stay home. After working in an office for over 40 years, I am retired and slow mornings are my favourite time of day. I no longer need to rush out the door to catch the train. For me it's about quiet, slow, calm as I plan what to do for the remainder of the day. This is bliss. Wishing you a wonderful week Jen. 🌼
