▪️Pad Thai Recipe
I always cook with eyeballing, so I note the ingredients here!
(These are veggies I used, so please refer to them and adjust the amount as you like!)
- Veggies -
・Onion
・Carrot
・Shimeji Mushroom (Any mushroom should be good)
・Petit Vert (Not necessary)
・Fried Tofu
・Bean Sprouts
・Cilantro
・Chili Pepper
・Peanut
・Lime (I tried with lemon, but lime is much better!)
・Garlic
- sauce -
・Soy sauce 2.5tbs
・Apple Vinegar 1tbs
・Palm Sugar 1tbs
・Peanut Butter 1tbs
・Water (to adjust the thickness of the sauce)

久しぶりのナイトルーティンです。と言いつつ夜の過ごし方は日によるので、とある夜といった感じです🌝
早寝も早起きも毎日ではありません！
時間を入れていますが、1分台は四捨五入、大体の時間だと思っていただければ！
倒立はまだ壁なしではできないのですが、いつか壁なしでできるようになりたいです。（「唐突な倒立」は韻を踏みました😎）
寒い毎日なので、みなさまご無理なさらず！早寝も早起きもほどほどにいきましょ🐢

大学に落ちて、すごく焦っていたのですが、naoさんの動画を見て、生活ってこういうものだったな というか、学歴に囚われすぎてたのかな という気がしてきました。naoさんがこのような素敵な暮らしをされているのも努力の賜物だと思いますが、自然に生きるというのもひとつの生き方であって、頑張りすぎなくてもいいんだなと思いました。日本語が下手でもし不快な気持ちにしてしまってたらごめんなさい💦ただ感謝の気持ちを伝えたいです。
