Don't those mice with spears count towards your kiwi total? I thought I remembered they did. Anyways, great run! Only way I get to see the ending of this game.
Why are you getting the ACME packages from Dingo if you're not getting the rocket skates? Those seem like the only item benevolent to a speedrun. If you're not getting those, then what are you hoping for? The punch makes it seem like an unnecessary risk - even with "cartoon luck" saving your time, you still take damage, and if you die, you lose all the time you spent in the level!

Those bushrats, as they're called, do not count towards the kiwi total. They're just worth 750 points and a third of your maximum HP.
