    Ok... just my opinion...less time... like set down 1,2... fast than start again... That's how I bang it out... remember less time in-between means better results... trust me... remember... breath...3 big breath's ...in ... out ...in... out...in... out... Then start again...shoot for 5 or 7 Set's... move to fast and focus... I love your content and it makes my day better...so trust me... and move fast...

    New to the channel and i already love the content! Gonna give these workouts a shot at the gym and see how it goes because i definitely lose breath quickly. Pushups arent an issue, currently working on pullups, and certain cardio (i.e. jumping jacks) is relatively simple. Im 27 and planning on joining the Marines but i have such a hard time with long jogs due to tendonitis in my lower legs. Not sure how to get past the hurdle. Sorry for the long comment but im just looking for answers everywhere to the many many questions that I have. Also, thank you for your service 💪.

      Tendinitis affects many of us. I wish I had an answer for you other than rest and slow progression. Water and good nutrition will help too. But continuing to run on inflamed tendons won’t help.

    Oh... remember... smoke checking is a personal Goal... just my opinion... but remember...less time in-between sets means better results...🤨🤨🤨 Won't lie to a person that makes me laugh...

    Thanks for sharing the details.How was garmin vo2max data came up after this workout ? Wt of the kb please ?

      I did 35lbs. It’s going to take a few weeks to see any changes in my VO2 max. Stay tuned

      @@ottograph14 as of right now my VO2 max hasn’t improved significantly. I moved across the country and haven’t started the program back up lol. Sorry folks! Give me a little to get settled
