If I may give you a piece of advice: you should start watching Disventure Camp from Season 2 as it's been made before S1 (S1 is kind of a remake of Drama Total Aventura or Adventure Camp), then S1 and finally All-Stars. That way you'll be able to witness the outstanding quality improvement of this indie series. (also this order kind of makes sense if we consider post-credit scenes - you'll eventually see why I suggested watching season 2 before).
Oh if you gonna watch full episodes I recommend you watch the episodes in chronical order from the first episode in first season to the latest/final episode in the fird season (mayby the final-episode comes before you have come to the latest episode but what does it matter). This is my absolute recommendation. Then you really follow the plot in the seasons.

The guy who you thought was an intern and contestant was Oliver and he is both, Miriam is alive but her son and husband are dead due to impact collide with a drunk driver, Lill is a female contestant not a bus driver. And Jensen is a criminal and Karol was once a psycho in a virtual reality.
