- Total Drama Reboot Season 2 has finally finished and some of us are already thinking about season 3. I asked you guys in a community post on what you wanted for season 3 and in this video, I will go through your most requested suggestions. What setting do we want, what will happen to the cast, and who needs more development?

i mean its supposed to be your average people singing songs, like not everyone is gonna be a good singer while 4th wall breaking, realistically they couldve. But like I think it makes sense the songs are bads since they are bad singers

I think the most likely people for the finale are nichelle, damien, scary girl, emma and chase, damien just deserves it after he was robbed and the others need a redemption arc asap, they felt super underutilized and can have a lot of potential in s3

Okay here me out... a few episodes in the series Zee gets a head injury that turns him into a genius strategist but he keeps it a secret and acts dumb in front of everyone and only talks about his strategies in the conventional... and maybe he can acasedntly reveal himself to julia then make an alliance with her
And of course at the end he changes back... maybe him and Julia are about to become the best alliance in the seires then he bangs his head again and bam! Alliance over and she votes him out..

6:30 I headcannon that Axel has dyslexia because in the snow episode, the Rat Faces got s card that said "Santa's Boot". She looked at the card then gave it to Caleb because he was smart. Her not being able to read 2 sinple words makes me believe she has trouble reading.

I would LOVE a second World Tour, but if that is to happen, I hope it's a 26 episode season. I think going back to the 26 episode season format would be for the best as that amount of episodes allowed for the characters to be much more fleshed out and to actually have interactions with more than 2 or 3 fellow contestants. It's actually something I miss from the first 3 seasons, there were much more of a group dynamic than there were with any of the other casts because you can only do so much with 13 episodes.
Other than that:
- I could see Priya and Caleb being early boots, more of less like Gwen and Trent in Action.
- I would love to see Wayne and Raj getting more development as individuals instead of being confined to their duo dynamic most of the time.
- I would also like to see Nichelle lasting at least until after the merge.
- I think I would also like to see Scary Girl having some development instead of being solely defined by her gimmick.
- As unpopular as this opinion may be, I'd love to see romantic drama like we had with the love triangle 😂

I’d want one of the interns to become a contestant, preferably the intern with the purple hair due to the amount of screentime she gets, I mean as a intern she has a line (season 1 episode 1 reboot) and I just feel she deserves to have actual interactions besides (spoilers) wayne, when wayne helps her with bandages after she gets bitten by spiders.

@@mxm8029 I wouldn’t wanna see her win, infact I feel like she would be great to give wayne actual development as we didn’t get much from him in season two, he’s never really his own person even when Raj is eliminated, I feel like she would be a good way to help him realise that he isn’t just a hockey bro, but also without breaking up the hockey bros friendship, of course I also want her to actually have her own development. It would be somewhat close to the Oliver plot from disventure camp, but I still think she would have a great part in it. Yes, the writers will give her a pretty big part due to her role in the previous reboot seasons, but we will get a new plot line which is needed as seasons can get repetive, despite the amount of the plot twists the writers add.
I remember that nice intern. Before she dressed up as Raj and Wayne's snow owl mascot, she carried an anvil across a bridge and also drove the boats introducing Zee, Damien, Bowie, Emma, and Caleb. I also remember accidentally seeing her character design once before in Total Dramarama when she delivered pizza to Lenny, the hamster from the Total Dramarama episode Stop! Hamster Time.
I would also love it if the intern with the bright purple shoes who helped Wayne face his fear of his team's mascot applied to be a new Total Drama Island contestant, because it would be the opposite story of when Dakota became an intern for four episodes in Total Drama: Revenge of the Island when her dad paid Chris to keep Dakota on the show after she was eliminated. We already had one of the contestants became an intern, so I just want to see what can happen when one of the interns becomes a contestant.
My hopes/predictions for s3: Priya doesn’t get far bc she doesn’t wanna win another season for her parents| Millie actually gets far because she read the guide book| Nichelle makes it far | New characters | Wayne and raj get in a major fight| Damien progressively loses his fears |

Season 2 was so good but my least favorite part was 1. The Caleb Priya thing dragging on wayyyy too long. And 2. THE WINNER OF THE LAST SEASON PLACING 4TH?!?!! HUHHHH?!?!? Her getting booted first would be incredible :) Oh and I actually thought that ripper and axel had potential but then were just turned into Geoff and Bridgette but worse so maybe they could actually give them development like learning loyalty, trust, and how to handle fights :)

Going first to be eliminated: Chase.
Going early in the premerge: Priya Caleb Ripper & Wayne.
Going in the middle of the premerge: Millie Zee & Julia
Going further into the merge: Emma (if she has full potential character arc) Nichelle Bowie (likely) Raj Axel & Scary Girl.
Going into the finals: Damien vs MK.

My Ideal season 3:
1. New location, but not a world tour (between the original season 3 and the race, we don't need another globetrotting one)
2. An immunity idol for each team introduced in the beginning (it might encourage cross-team dynamics)
3. More than one of the dumb guys out before merge (preferably Ripper and Wayne, but I won't complain if it's Chase or Zee)
My final 3 picks for a hopeful season 3 are Axel, MK, and Damien
So, one way of how I do see Axel getting a character development and becoming the smart survivalist we all know, is having to get rid of Ripper. A break up basically. Not only will this be some news, but also can focus a bit more on Ripper being soft. Maybe he might go back to his old self with a bit of an extra twist, like not farting so much. But still being the same old bully he was in the first season. We never really know.
Another one that I do agree with other people is how Chase could also get some character development, along side Ripper maybe. Who know, maybe Chase could finally develop a sense of empathy and how it was wrong. And for once in his life, he says sorry to Emma.
The last thing I want to say is how we all want it to be a world tour. We all want some culture into the show, and maybe some countries could have a background to the campers. Like Ripper being Italian or something.

just a quick update, Terry McGurrin confirmed that Julia would probably just let her hair grow again to the same lenght she always had, so if we ever see her again she will probably have her usual long hair lol

For Some reason I would like the finalists to be Millie because I believe that she will train this season, Damien because he will be the new protagonist this season (As much as I love Priya's character, its getting pretty much stale and unlikeable sometimes.), and Nichelle because she worked too hard on eliminating the threats like Priya, Caleb, Bowie and Julia. I also wish that Emma, Scary Girl and Axel will get more screen time and character development this season.
One thing I would love, is for by the end of the next season if every contestant would’ve outranked eachother by the end season 3. Very Very unlikely but for a statistical nut like me it would be very satisfying

ANOTHER SINGING SEASON WOULD MAKE ME SO HAPPY
It would be cool if in s3 they add a love interest for Julia (js like they added Alejandro for Heather) They would be kinda toxic but acc care abt eachother and im not rlly a fan of mullet julia i would like maybe short hair or a ponytail.
the love intrest could be MK cause they have a relationship going on (plus there's ALOT of Mkulia fans and the creator likes that ship)
We need a season 9 that won't be on an island (maybe around the world again) or maybe a new place
If they only do 13 episodes and not 26, then they should repeat only 14 of the new cast and add 2 new ones and there will be maybe 3 groups of 5,5,6
Need more screen time for: Scary girl - stay away this time. Miley - We'll see a relationship with other contestants. Bowie, Julia and mk - we will continue to see them as they are. Another Axel and Reaper relationship time. Less Caleb and Zee screen time
i think MK or Julia would be an early boot cause of the things they did, probably the contestants would find both of them threatening,or one of them would go to the finale
I feel like they should do a cruise setting because that’s similar to a world tour but not the same because we already have wt and rr
Mkulia canon, damien fighting his fear, nichelle PLEASE more development, priya nd caleb early boot!!! And axel actually try, i thought she would make it far after she said shes trying to control her anger, but if it wasn't for the "new side" of ripper, she had potential as a character. I really hope the writers consider fans opinions and try to focus on some characters that didn't get a proper personnality/arc in previous season. I also want all of them to interact more in general, which would be great for a world tour season!
For Julia's hair, i would say have it in a bun like how she had it in reboot season 1 for the whole challenge in the episode where she got eliminated. I like the bun and I think that it would be a nice nod to how Heather's hair was in Season 3. I came up with a thought of if there was a 3rd season, she'd keep her hair in a bun in case the raptor was to ever show up again as she still may have some ptsd of the raptor for giving her a mullet and doesn't want it to happen again
Predictions for each character
Caleb:Pre merge boot I don’t see him talking or doing much a lot I see him being 2nd or 3rd out I see him being like a Sadie
Nichelle:Her and Julia rival I see them being on the same team and maybe her being a main character and winning a lot of challenges for her team I see her being 1st or 2nd eliminated in merge
Julia:I don’t see her making it far a lot of people hate her I see her being the last person eliminated in teams (Also more MKULIA)
Bowie: I genuinely do not know what do with him Early merge or late teams boot not sure tho
Wayne: I think people will vote him out idk he’s kinda a one dimensional character tbh but I see him being eliminated mid teams
Raj:I see a lot of development for him here I see him making it farther than Bowie and Wayne I see him being a finalist but not winning
Emma and Chase :I don’t think they will interact much I only see one of them being a mid boot in merge but it would be a good plot line if chases RUclips channel floped like he got canceled or something and is trying to re-gian him self here
MK:I see her being a late merge boot just because the fans love her so much and I see her being a huge villain this season probably the main villain getting people like Priya Caleb and Wayne out
Priya: I don’t think she will make it too merge I see her being eliminated right before Caleb and Caleb’s elimination reason being he was too upset about his girlfriend being voted out
Millie:She’s litterlay just gonna be Sadie i don’t think she will do anything this season besides be in the background maybe 6th out?
Ripper: I want him too be the first boot A:Because I hate him B:He wouldn’t want to sing or C:Because he is broken because Axel breaks up with him
Axel:I see her getting huge character development this season breaking up with ripper in episode 1 and I see her winning this season
Zee and Scary girl :I just see them being comic relief I think scary girl will make it too merge tho and Zee will not
Eh tbh Nichelle does not need a major plot line since she’s already canonically very rich

Total Drama Judgement. I'm just making up this idea but if the reboot cast competed again they would participate in challenges not thought up by Chris but by past contestants that make a guest appearance as judges. Eliminations can work as usual but there's a twist.... Some elimination votes will not be a majority vote but a volunteer for who must be eliminated and the Guest Judge will have final say on who gets the boot. This means that contestants will not just be facing the Judgement of their cast mates but also the judgement of a Total Drama alumni.
Idk but if they make an All-Stars type season, would be interesting if they merged with some underrated characters of pahkitew island cast, maybe some revenge of the isle competitors and at max 3 from og cast
There are some things I would love to see in S3 if we ever get one!
- I would love to see our “supporter” characters make it to the merge. I have a top 5 I would like to see for sure.
Damien- He was mostly a supporter character in S1, however in S2 he was really pulling his own weight. I would love to see him again, even if he doesn’t win.
MK - The supporter of Julia. We’ve seen how she can work with Julia, and we have seen clearly how Julia can work on her own. Now I feel we should see MK on her own.
Raj - He’s often seen with Wayne or with Bowie, but not if neither of them are in the picture. He’s an awesome character, and I feel like he could manage a lot on his own!
Millie - The supporter of Priya, she may have made it to the finale in the 1st season however it’s clearly not impossible to make it far once again as a previous finalist. We have seen so many people like her character much more in S2, but was an early boot mostly due to Priya and Caleb plotlines..I would love to see Millie on her own without Priya
Axel - She was an early boot in S1, and was mostly dragged with Ripper in S2. I would love to see her alone with more supporting characters. There’s nothing else to say about that
Not necessarily a supporting character, however I would also like to see Nichelle. We saw what she was capable of in S2 and I would love to see that again.
I also have some rivalry groups or specific teams I would love to see, based from both previous seasons.
Priya and Julia - I won’t go into detail as it can be spoilers, however it’s clear these two are not found of one another.
Millie and Bowie - I so wish we got this in S2. I hope they either would get some sort of rivalry over one another or placed on the same team, being forced to work together
Nichelle and Julia - Similar to Priya and Julia, I just feel like their rivalry would go such a long way.
I would also love to see some of the friendships / power couples split up onto different teams. (Specifically who I named in the supporter roles, like Millie, Raj, and Axel.)

I have a idea: What If Caleb and priya are the double elimination, Damien become brave, Bowie to be a early elimination, mk to backstab julia, chase and Emma to be eliminated before the merge, scary girl to be a antagonist, nichel to be eliminated early, Mille to be there, ripper to be eliminated the first elimination of the merge, axel to be a strong and smart teammate, zee to reaveal that he is very smart and he starts being strategic, rag to breach up with Bowie and Wayne and Julia to become a couple.
world tour is def possible since in the original season, other then duncan who quit early , the cast consisted of 16 players which is the same amount as the reboot cast and if it happened, i’d like them to bring back the old intro and the reward challenges for a longer season ofc, no double eliminations, maybe an aftermath and also bring back two eliminated contestants both pre merge and after merge like how duncan and blainely joined mid season. if they bring back singing, idk why but id love to hear ripper sing a version of oh my izzy but for axel ofc. the finale for me would be damien vs scary with nichelle at third and scary as the villain this season. also i know people hate chase and dislike emma since their characters revolve around each other but honestly kinda want chase to have some character development and redemption arc where he realizes his past mistakes and idk how but maybe emma can start having a character outside of chase. as for priya, i feel like she’d love the idea of traveling the world but can’t enjoy it with the constant pressure of her parents wanting her to win especially after being 4th last season to the point where she’d self eliminate herself sometime before the merge so i’d like for her arc to be like her coming to terms with her own feelings and her parents expectations or something like that. they should also lowk bring back mr coconut as a contestant as a joke and everyone jus forgets he’s there but ends up making it far into the season.

3:48 Dude, I think a season with the reboot cast in a new setting titled Total Drama Summer School would make a great alternative to Total Drama Action! Instead of challenges based on a different movie genre every episode, how about challenges based on a different school subject every episode? If it was set up like a summer school, but someone else rented the school to Total Drama to fund their budget for next year because that school in question did not have real summer school sessions of their own, then I love the idea of a Total Drama Summer School because then it can really do more funny and cool stuff with the contestants being teens. I can just imagine how funny this will be; instead of doing well in school to get good grades, they have to pass the same school subjects (or learn more about them to not fail it again) to stay in the game and win the prize money at the end of the rainbow! Furthermore, I think Total Drama Summer School, if it was a 26-episode season instead of 13, can have new additions both ways by adding in two old contestants and two new contestants to extend the cast from 16 to 20. Naturally, a girl and a boy who are already Summer School students can be the new Summer School contestants who enroll in this new season if they want to win and learn along with the other reboot cast players their age. I also think Izzy and Owen might be good picks from the OG cast to recycle with the reboot cast for a big number of reasons you may not have thought at first.
(1) Izzy and Owen did not compete in Total Drama All-Stars with the other five OG campers who were there, but were still popular enough to have non-participant cameos in one episode of Revenge of the Island and one episode of Total Drama All-Stars.
(2) Izzy has become a very popular character in the OG cast's three seasons despite having a fairly short run in each season, and returning to the game once in the middle of two of those seasons, so I want to see how long Izzy can last in case she can make it to the merge without sneaking her way back from an elimination earlier in that season.
(3) When the reboot cast can compete/team up with Owen and interact with him for more than one episode, he can educate Damien, Millie, Priya, Ripper and other inquiring new minds on how to be a Total Drama champion like him, which knowing Owen, will lead to some very funny and unexpected results.
(4) Because Izzy's time as the Brainzilla genius was very short-lived, I want to know if Owen is still friends, and only friends with the typically crazy and silly non-Brainzilla Izzy, despite them already kind of breaking up in Jamaica Me Sweat.
(5) Last but most, Izzy is the only Total Drama contestant who I know for sure is the right combination of brave, tough, and cheery enough to win in a fight against Lauren, the Scary Girl. Sometimes you need to fight crazy with crazy, or fight Katie (Griffin) with Katie (Crown).

My idea is that s4 will have a school setting and have a newer cast (25 contestants) and there will be 5 teams of 5 the name can be total drama back to school
I really want to see some Emma justice, I've seen a lot of people (including myself) disappointed with her lack of development and I feel restoring her friendship with Bowie after watching the previous season would be such a good plot line for her and Bowie. I really think Emma needs to at least make merge if a season 3 exists. I also definitely love the idea of Millie and Damien continuing as friends!
One final thing (which I doubt would ever happen) is making Scary Girl a slightly more rounded character with her maybe restarting her creepiness against Damien, but she maybe has a crush on him and just doesn't know how to deal with her feelings. I would never want them to be a couple, but I think it could add some level of depth to her character.
1. Priya and Julia being early boots. After them both placing far in season 1 and 2 there is not much they can do with them as characters anymore. With an early boot, it can give Priya a moment where she can realize she needs to do what she wants, and not what her parents want. With Julia, there is no way anyone would trust her whatsoever, and would probably vote her out immediately.
2. Scary girl and Nichelle development. I want Scary Girl to make it at least past merge. I don’t like joke characters like Ezekiel in the original seasons and Scary Girl because it gets boring after awhile, and doesn’t add anything new.
3. Either MKulia or Juliayne becoming canon.
4. Scary girl and Emma become friends.
5. Final three: Scary girl, Emma, and Chase. The final part is Scary girl and Emma neck and neck, but since Emma was Scary Girl’s first friend, she purposely slows down and lets Emma win.

I would love to see more of MK. I was bummed she didn’t make at least the final 4 in season 2. It would be interesting to see her be the main antagonist, as she’s got lots of tricks up her sleeve. And hear me out….as much as I love her chemistry with Julia, I’d like to see her get some development on her own. That and I’m also curious to see alternate outfits for her (same with the others)
I think also Lauren/Scary Girl as the main antagonist would be a cool idea.

tbh i think the problem is the 13 episode format. the first 3 seasons had so much character development and storylines throughout the seasons. the 13 episodes doesn’t allow for as much development so what happened is they give a character a niche and they stick with it. for example in s1 of the reboot i felt like i barley knew priya and she was the winner, when compared to s1 when Owen won.
Scary Girl is my favorite character from the reboot, so I just hope she stays much longer.
