I like the team leader drama because it gives Cody a subplot that doesn’t specifically revolve around Sierra. It actually gives credence to him surviving as long as he did in the game. It’s a cool addition. I think you set up a lot of cool points and I can’t wait to see how they affect the story in part 2!
I forgot to mention this at the end but I also really like how Sierra gets to have more to do early on outside of Cody, temporarily teaming up with Heather and getting to show off her superfan knowledge. I always really enjoyed the superfan part of Sierras character and its always been a shame to me that her being a superfan just plays second fiddle to being obsessed with Cody in her personality. glad you enjoyed the first part and im also excited to see what can happen with Cody as this is a pretty different direction than i've ever taken him before!
there are 3 main reasons why I love this channel his what ifs are unique and stuff he clearly thought of on his own he creates his own stories that are arguably better than the original his voice is the perfect voice to go to sleep too

This What If has been so interesting so far! I personally did enjoy the team leader drama with Amazon, I can see it being played up to extremes for laughs Also I like how you handled the Love Triangle here! It was so nice seeing Gwen be so mature, refusing to be with Duncan unless he broke up with Courtney. And the set up for Courtney being sent to Team Chris is something I can definitely see the actual show doing just to add to the drama Overall really enjoyed the first part!! Noah lasts another episode and Tyler has more focus, better then the actual season by default. Seriously though even with constant fighting I did enjoy this, great video as always. Take your time and hope your personal issues improve, I grantee there a lot more important then Total Drama. Also I think what happened to Team Victory is called diabolus ex machina, the opposite of dues ex machina aka plot armor.

Small suggestion: "What if Eva and Noah got into the water with the suitcase in the TDI special and thus, were in action?" I love action but I agree that it's the weakest of the three gen-1 seasons. I personally always thought that Noah and Eva could help mend a lot of the things I didn't like about it, especially if Noah is in the grips to clash with Justin and Eva in the Gaffers trying to be more sensitive and keep her anger at bay, but letting loose at Heather without repercussions since everyone hates her too and she caused her original elimination in island (either that or actually grabbing heather as an ally since they would both be the biggest targets on their own teams)
TDI buy what if Gwen did quit from the start?? As we know Gwen ripped off the contract in episode 1 and what if that was the only one and she did quit?? I think this would be a good idea because I feel like it would change a lot maybe
Very interesting seeing how removing song from TDWT changes a decent amount in terms of the story, and the elimination order being the same isn’t too bad especially since it’s the first half. I’m especially excited to see what happens when Blainley debuts in episode 19, considering she saw everything between Duncan and Gwen that hasn’t already been spilled to the other players on camera. If Tyler doesn’t break and release the info about the Gwuncan kiss from early on in the season, Blainley definitely will. Can’t wait to see what happens but take your time to make it good!
I do have one what if in ROTI Owen was let in the show, here my thought the mutant maggots would notice that they have 6 members when the rats have 7 so when own shows up he joins the winning team the maggots and from that point Owen would be a part of the cast. Also it would be really fun to see how Owen interacts with the other newbies
I can't belive how much such little and meaningless change can change in the story. Can't wait for more, I hope now that it is vacation we will get what ifs more often. Also, a what if idea: What if Lindsay and Sadie switch teams instead of Katie and Izzy. I think it would make much more sense because Izzy had no reason to change team when meanwhile Lindsay just started to develop crush on Tyler and she isn't very game focused so I think she wouldn't care for anything else then to be close to guy she likes. meaning Katie and Sadie would be gophers and Izzy with Lindsay would be bass. There obviously would be changes in some plot lines like Heather having different alliance, Tyler and Lindsay not sneaking out in challenges, Izzy would hypnotise someone else then Owen in the talent show challenge meaning someone else would be in love with her (IDK why but I think it would be Duncan since Izzy likes dangerous and scary which fits Duncan and she would want to do that dance on him). There would be 100% many more changes and I just really would love to see them.
What if idea: what if blaineley didn’t interrupt the rejoin aftermath, what I mean by this is when Beth was almost able to join but than blaineley interrupts her at the last question and Geoff forces her onto the show so she can stop annoying them But I feel like this what if can go in two different ways What if 1: she still says the answer but it doesn’t count and because of that they give the rejoin automatically to Beth. What if 2: Geoff is one who says the answer and blainley forces him to join the show so she can takeover the aftermath. Given Chris' track record of how he deals with relationship drama, wouldn't it be more in character for him to swap Gwen instead of Courtney, so Courtney and Duncan would have to work together, and Gwen and Duncan would be working against each other?
the issue with that is that's straight up Chris just being unfair, like there's no rhyme or reason for Gwen to switch there besides Chris wants it and even though Chris likes drama and is very unfair to certain competitors at times, I don't enjoy entertaining that part of Chris unless its very clearly something he does in the original. besides he's already being extremely unfair saving Courtney from elimination just cause he wants to, so switching the person who got voted out (Courtney) is the least he can do to make it a fair vote off with consequence. Also the idea is to make the teams go against each other more and if Courtney stayed on the team with Duncan then she would still be going against her own team

So the screening gopher would lost the first challenge that made that heather would most likely be eliminated first and that would change a lot
Considering the love triangle angle was heavily focused on here I wonder what this timelines Trent is thinking in the aftermath. Maybe you can go the angle of Chris bringing him back to stir more drama. Or swap him in for when Blaine comes in. I’m not saying it as favoritism for Trent, but with how much was set up I can see either Trent trying to get back in the game or Chris doing that to stir the pot

Ok, I will say, for this first part, I do agree with you when you said that Team Amazon arguing in every episode is very annoying and if I’m being honest, if that was happening every episode, the season would’ve gone from 3rd best to 4th best, cause I really hate that Love Triangle and having it be such a big part of the first half is really annoying. Also, it kinda sucked how other than Team Amazon, nothing was really changing, which while I think is fine with Team Chris, and I actually think they’re improved, with Noah and Tyler getting more story relevance (and I’m very much hoping they make Merge), Team Victory still sucks and DJ still makes it really far in the first half, which sucks, because the animal curse is awful. yeah but he also has a crush on Gwen and he´s willing to go to extreme lengths for her/her being happy, helping her get with Trent in Island (even though he knew he wouldn´t get with her if he helped them) and agreeing to vote out Courtney instead of Sierra in Australia (before he got injured). It´s not exactly him befriending Sierra but more of him helping Gwen
fair, but counterpoint... Cody likes his goth mommy and will do whatever he can to help her out, besides this isn't like Cody is offering a blood pact to Sierra he's just somewhat tolerating and engaging with her to get her on Gwen's side. And we do see that Cody can work with and be nice to Sierra when its convenient (big one that comes to mind is Paris where he worked with her the entire episode to try and make her feel better for the team) I understand though if Cody engaging with this toxic relationship feels out of line for you but I just personally believe with all that we see Cody willing to do for Gwen in the show, talking to his stalker feels like it lands pretty low on that list for me

[When you look at how the campers arrive on the island, you can see they basically arrive in chunks based on what team they are. Ferocious Trout arrive first, with the Frogs of Death coming second. But Bowie and Chase are exceptions to this because Bowie arrives 8th and Chase arrives 9th.]
yeah I think something everyone can agree on whether they are pro gwuncan or not is that their relationship wasn't built up nearly enough in world tour, as much as the love triangle taking up a lot of screen time during this first half of the season is a bit exhausting I think it does a greater service to this big plot that's occurring where the original show just kinda threw it in out of nowhere for shock value

I think it would make much more sense because Izzy had no reason to change team when meanwhile Lindsay just started to develop crush on Tyler and she isn't very game focused so I think she wouldn't care for anything else then to be close to guy she likes. meaning Katie and Sadie would be gophers and Izzy with Lindsay would be bass. There obviously would be changes in some plot lines like Heather having different alliance, Tyler and Lindsay not sneaking out in challenges, Izzy would hypnotise someone else then Owen in the talent show challenge meaning someone else would be in love with her (IDK why but I think it would be Duncan since Izzy likes dangerous and scary which fits Duncan and she would want to do that dance on him). There would be 100% many more changes and I just really would love to see them.

What if idea: what if blaineley didn’t interrupt the rejoin aftermath, what I mean by this is when Beth was almost able to join but than blaineley interrupts her at the last question and Geoff forces her onto the show so she can stop annoying them
But I feel like this what if can go in two different ways
What if 1: she still says the answer but it doesn’t count and because of that they give the rejoin automatically to Beth.
What if 2: Geoff is one who says the answer and blainley forces him to join the show so she can takeover the aftermath.
Btw: I haven’t watched the show in a while so I don’t know how it really really played out so if anyone wants to tell me if I got something wrong than please tell me

Given Chris' track record of how he deals with relationship drama, wouldn't it be more in character for him to swap Gwen instead of Courtney, so Courtney and Duncan would have to work together, and Gwen and Duncan would be working against each other?
the issue with that is that's straight up Chris just being unfair, like there's no rhyme or reason for Gwen to switch there besides Chris wants it and even though Chris likes drama and is very unfair to certain competitors at times, I don't enjoy entertaining that part of Chris unless its very clearly something he does in the original.
besides he's already being extremely unfair saving Courtney from elimination just cause he wants to, so switching the person who got voted out (Courtney) is the least he can do to make it a fair vote off with consequence. Also the idea is to make the teams go against each other more and if Courtney stayed on the team with Duncan then she would still be going against her own team

I idea I had was.What if leshawna didn’t focus heather jump in episode 2 that make so for both heather and Lindsay now wouldn’t jump so that makes it so the screaming gopher would have 3 people who wouldn’t jump and the killer bass would have 2 who don’t jump and the kill bass would most likely win. So the screening gopher would lost the first challenge that made that heather would most likely be eliminated first and that would change a lot

Ok, I will say, for this first part, I do agree with you when you said that Team Amazon arguing in every episode is very annoying and if I’m being honest, if that was happening every episode, the season would’ve gone from 3rd best to 4th best, cause I really hate that Love Triangle and having it be such a big part of the first half is really annoying. Also, it kinda sucked how other than Team Amazon, nothing was really changing, which while I think is fine with Team Chris, and I actually think they’re improved, with Noah and Tyler getting more story relevance (and I’m very much hoping they make Merge), Team Victory still sucks and DJ still makes it really far in the first half, which sucks, because the animal curse is awful. I am very interested in Courtney swapping teams and I am really hoping to see how Courtney interacts with them, mainly Noah, since they’re both these intelligent individuals, Owen, since Courtney was the reason he was eliminated last season (and I guess technically also his second one), and Tyler, since (at least in my opinion), Duncan got everyone to vote for Tyler to save Courtney in Island, so that was also somewhat Courtney’s fault. Anyways, I’ll edit this comment later to make my prediction for the rest of the What If. #JusticeforEzekiel

yeah but he also has a crush on Gwen and he´s willing to go to extreme lengths for her/her being happy, helping her get with Trent in Island (even though he knew he wouldn´t get with her if he helped them) and agreeing to vote out Courtney instead of Sierra in Australia (before he got injured).
It´s not exactly him befriending Sierra but more of him helping Gwen
fair, but counterpoint... Cody likes his goth mommy and will do whatever he can to help her out, besides this isn't like Cody is offering a blood pact to Sierra he's just somewhat tolerating and engaging with her to get her on Gwen's side. And we do see that Cody can work with and be nice to Sierra when its convenient (big one that comes to mind is Paris where he worked with her the entire episode to try and make her feel better for the team)
I understand though if Cody engaging with this toxic relationship feels out of line for you but I just personally believe with all that we see Cody willing to do for Gwen in the show, talking to his stalker feels like it lands pretty low on that list for me

Tyler my go farther, Cody might start trying to understand Sierra sooner due to Gwen betrayal, and Heather might not make it to the finally.
Idea: What if Bowie and Chase started on different teams in Reboot S1 / What if the Reboot S1 teams were split up by order of arrival on the island? [When you look at how the campers arrive on the island, you can see they basically arrive in chunks based on what team they are. Ferocious Trout arrive first, with the Frogs of Death coming second. But Bowie and Chase are exceptions to this because Bowie arrives 8th and Chase arrives 9th.]

yeah I think something everyone can agree on whether they are pro gwuncan or not is that their relationship wasn't built up nearly enough in world tour, as much as the love triangle taking up a lot of screen time during this first half of the season is a bit exhausting I think it does a greater service to this big plot that's occurring where the original show just kinda threw it in out of nowhere for shock value
