with these keyboards you usually pull from the bottom right first and then kinda slide out the top and up, that's how I have always done it and I've taken apart my gk64 multiple times without issues
I got a Keychron C1 instead, which is very similar to this but it supports 5 pin hot swap with ALL switches. I'm probably going to get some Glorious Pandas and lube them myself for my first build. It's not my first mechanical keyboard but it is my first custom one I'm going to do. I'm excited!
I have $200 invested into a GK61 optical. Foam under the board - Krytox 205 g0 lubed Gateron optical blacks - Zeal gold plated stabs - Razer shine through PBT caps. The end result is incredible. Worth every penny. My fav. part of the board has to be the Zeal plate mound stabs. So crisp and precise even without lube, but mine are lubed with a bit with Krytox 205 g0. I have this board actually. It, some Gateron blacks, and Matrix Keycaps were my Christmas present. It has me hooked on the hobby. I actually took the day to work on the stabs. Trust me, these stabs are pretty bad if you leave them factory. I clipped, and band aid modded them, and they are LOADS better. Aside from the 2 stab housings that have broken on me. Good thing the split space bar comes with 2 extra sets. I'm gonna say, it's not bad, but the NK61 might be (probably is actually) the better choice.

Hi Hipyo. I think i've settled on this both because of a current sale going on, and... it being way better than the prior option I was considering even without that sale.
