Really liking this build up. As I'm watching this video and looking at the car I am thinking of a color as if it were mine. That gold looks different and thought," that would look classy as a champaing gold with black stripes, all black interior including roll cage and all brushed aluminum anywhere there is chrome. Curious if you have a decision made on how you are planning to finish it?
Hey Bill, I’m gonna leave the paint on the outside as is for now. The underside and firewall will be a satin black. Most likely the cage will be black also. Definitely black interior👍 Thanks for watching!
@@FFRC It is a nice build. I'm building a 66 for Drag N Drive but I'm keeping it basic with calvert leafsprings, caltracks, rear sliders, with a 9". Smith Racecraft front. I haven't done much fabrication so I'll be learning on the rollcage, subframe connectors, and reinforced front leafspring hangers. I'm planning to run a NA 427 LS7 based engine with a T-56 magnum. Shooting for a 10.00 or 10.50 class. I get a lot of inspiration watching videos from advanced builders.

Great videos. Will you be running all heims for the ladder bars?
Thanks John! Just heims in the front on the crossmember. The connection from the ladder bar to the rear end housing will be solid eye clevis.
What do you think it will weigh when complete?
Not sure. I will scale it, and do a video on it, when the car is 100% complete.
