Dawn French is a writer, comedian, actress and presenter. She is best known for starring in and writing the BBC comedy sketch shows, French and Saunders, The Vicar of Dibley, and co-creating Absolutely Fabulous with best friend, Jennifer Saunders.
Rob Brydon is best known for his work on The Trip, Gavin & Stacey and presenting the BBC One comedy panel show Would I Lie To You?

Rob, if you read this, I met you at Kensington Palace dinner party for The Prince's Trust last year. I was one of the young ambassadors waiting to be greeted to Prince Charles, you approached me and was super friendly and helped cool my nerves, we were chatting and the conversation got cut. Meeting you in that way meant so much to and I really wanted to get a photo with you but couldn't find you again. I just want to thank you for introducing yourself to me and listening to my story, meant the world!

Now in 2024 i have strong memories of the reconnection with friends and family and how wonderful hugs and physical contact felt once we were allowed/allowed ourselves back into our personal space

There’s something wonderful about, Rob’s abilities through the use of Zoom that really gets under the skin of the of the interviewee. Zoom, I believe has a part to play in this, as people are at home and are ever so slightly disarmed. Very enjoyable

American here. French and Saunders became legends to me when I saw their spoof of Ingmar Bergman's films. A professor screened that episode of F&H for a TV theory class, and I was that *sshole in the room howling with laughter at all the jokes. What a brilliant body of work those two made. Can't wait to see them in the new Christie adaptation. As for Rob, he's pretty good too.
