About Us
As a mixed married couple living abroad in South Korea, Dianna and Kyungho will be revealing what is life like as a family in South Korea. Since South Korea is one of the most homogeneous countries of the world, there are still much exposure needed. Your mother really misses her grand babies. She sound so happy to hear Jun and Minji voice and they misses her also❤️. They know her! It’s so hard being away but a necessary learning experience for the children. Peace and blessings.
It may be a lil' hard, buT they've got grandparents in the U.S. too, so it's more a blessing than anything!
The sugar cane is what you get brown and granulated sugar from. After eating the sugar cane you not only get a treat but your teeth gets a good cleaning as well. The large green fruit with the ruff skin is called Jack fruit and it is delicious.

Kyungho's mom sounded very happy to talk to her grandchildren! The shopping trip was lots of fun. Minji stomping her feet because the shopping kart was too heavy to move! So cute. Your mom dancing in the store was great. Minji repeats Korean after her dad very well. Shopping with twin toddlers take a lot of patience. Good job.

Lol I was thinking the same thing! I tried recently to let the 4 year old walk instead of ride in the cart and 5 mins in I was like, "Oh, Lord, never again!" 🤣😂

In all it seems the twins are becoming bilingual at very young ages. Korean grandmother & American grandmother, both so helpful in different ways. You are lucky to have both of them. I can’t believe how close you guys are to me. I love shopping at Lotte, I go there at least once a month. I’m excited that H Mart announced they will be opening in Orlando so we’ll have even more options.
Yep sounds like we're nearby. Also glad H-mart is coming to Orlando. Hopefully we can include it it in our next trip to the states!

Just enjoy watching this lovely family..the twins are adorable. Minji is quite an adventurous little one. Trying to help her parents through shopping and never left the trolley alone when all others were shopping. The way she tried to move the trolley with all her might was amazing to watch.. very cute family shopping indeed.

It's amazing how Minji and Jun are speaking and understanding both English and Korean so young...More english from Dianna & Korean from Kyungho. Going shopping turned out to be educational for the twins teaching the different types of food & the names of them. Felt bad for Minji when she couldn't move the cart. 🛒

My daughter, as a toddler, picked up a lot of language visiting stores! It also teaches them good behavior when out, like certain things we don't touch, running around, by 4 or 5 it settles down
It's a joy watching everyone together shopping and keeping up with the newbie shoppers, Minji and Jun. Grandmother is so patient with her little grands.

watching the twins brings back memories of my kids and going to the grocery store with them, what a challenge, LOL. Going to the supermarket with small kids a headache, watching them light up when the get their favorite cereal and snacks priceless.

The large prickly green thing is called...Jack Fruit! There are two parts to it, seeds and what is called the meet. The seeds are sweet and the meat part is used in place of meat. Jackfruit is very popular with vegans and vegetarians.

Both of those things were Papaya, also that big green prickly fruit is Jack Fruit. The twins wanted to buy the whole store.

Wow cost of living is cheaper in America 🇺🇸 than Korea🇰🇷. Very interesting shopping w/kids, great helpers but they will put everything in ur basket when u r not looking. Place them n shopping cart so they can't pick up things. In the cart they r still getting the experience & responsibility of shopping 🛍.

Awesome! I can't wait to go to Korea to get authentic food. I introduced Kimchi to my family. My brother loves it. He missed kimchi with yellow and green squash and it was fantastic. He grilled it on the grill. Yummy enjoy watching you all shop and your mom excited to learn how to cook Korean food. 🤗☺💯

Dianna the Punkin you cut on pieces you decide how bigger or small, you can cook with the Seeds and eat them, boil in water, steam or bake, a little of salt and ready to eat, you can make sweet to, boil calculate how soft you want and rinse the water, on empty cooking pot put some brow sugar, cinnamon stick and the Squash let them to melt and mix together a few minutes and ready to eat, oso you can use on Soups like Patatoes.
I used to go to this exact market. Makes me miss home.

I was in Korea several years ago and developed a taste for the food. I think Korean food is the healthiest of all the Asian foods. Kimchi is my favorite and it’s also good for your digestive system.

Yes your mother misses you We can tell. However when Diana is in Korea her parents miss her very much. Mothers love son's very much also ! It can hurt very much sometimes. Everybody looks healthy and happy.

You have to have patience with toddlers. They are so smart, it's frustrating when they aren't able to do something. Sometimes they have to learn through their frustration, just like us adults😊💜

Want to let you know, I have enjoyed Korean foods, such as kimchi, bulogi, (sp.) and more, that I don't know the names of. There is one dish made like an omelette, but Korean style with clams in it, that tastes delicious. I am African American, and like ethnic foods, better than mainstream American foods. In my home you will find tofu, tamari, a variety of hot sauces, not the traditionalAmerican ones either. I have a variety of different veggies. Try eating Japanese sweet potatoes. They are bigger, sweeter and purple inside. Definitely, more sweeter than our American ones. Does Korea have it's own variety of sweet potatoes ? Loved the family outing for grocery shopping, 3 family generations represented there. Anyone remember when that was the normal American household ?
