RIP Johnny Duhan, dreadfully sad news this evening 🌹🕯️🙏 Big fave of mine xx
A wonderful band , saw them in Club Zero, Mary St. Dublin, a long time ago.. Johnny Duhan 🙏
Definitely a catchy tune. First heard this growing up in Ireland circa 1970. Still sounds like an great pop song!
A lot of people had a crack at this great song but this is my favourite version.

Wow super cool name for a pop group Grannys intentions even in 2024
very close to makeing the british charts
+Larry Fogarty a question of very very bad marketing at the the time
+brosnaboy could be
Music at its best, love it
Probably easier to sing than the Wayne Fontana version which is in an ultra high key.
danno banks we danced to this , 72
Blast from the past
a song recorded so many times still never charted
Rest in peace Johnny Duhan
Their having a reunion in Limerick at the end of october
Original Version....

Prefer the Eli Bonaparte version.
Agree, his is the best version. Second best is Craig Scott from NZ.
