From what could have been an action thriller, the movie underwent several changes, technicians getting replaced, one song getting scraped thanks to the heroes disapproval, Trivikram not fully investing his time to this, the movie was a disaster from the beginning.

I think it's disingenuous to imply that simply because they're Marvel characters being portrayed, that one shouldn't care whether Sony made Madame Web or whether Disney/Marvel made it. Sony made this dumpster fire and others such as Venom 2 and Morbius. People already are assuming that these are part of the Disney/Marvel canon and it's disappointing to see you be so dismissive of it as well when you could use this opportunity to educate your viewers on the difference. Yes, Disney/Marvel made Thor: Love and Thunder but they've also delivered Guardians 3, Wakanda Forever, Moon Knight, Werewolf By Night, Wandavision, Shang-Chi, Loki Season 2 not too long ago. All fare that I can vehemently argue that Sony isn't capable of producing at this point. To just sum them all up as 'Marvel bad' is unfair to the actual good movies that Disney/Marvel has made. By all means, criticize Disney/Marvel for their misfires ( Thor Love and Thunder being one of them or The Marvels or Secret Invasion ) but I think it's important to make the distinction between the studios as well. I'd also go as far as to say that even the worst Disney/Marvel film/show isn't as terrible as something like Morbius or Madame Web.

I think it's disingenuous to imply that simply because they're Marvel characters being portrayed, that one shouldn't care whether Sony made Madame Web or whether Disney/Marvel made it.
Sony made this dumpster fire and others such as Venom 2 and Morbius.
People already are assuming that these are part of the Disney/Marvel canon and it's disappointing to see you be so dismissive of it as well when you could use this opportunity to educate your viewers on the difference.
Yes, Disney/Marvel made Thor: Love and Thunder but they've also delivered Guardians 3, Wakanda Forever, Moon Knight, Werewolf By Night, Wandavision, Shang-Chi, Loki Season 2 not too long ago. All fare that I can vehemently argue that Sony isn't capable of producing at this point.
To just sum them all up as 'Marvel bad' is unfair to the actual good movies that Disney/Marvel has made.
By all means, criticize Disney/Marvel for their misfires ( Thor Love and Thunder being one of them or The Marvels or Secret Invasion ) but I think it's important to make the distinction between the studios as well. I'd also go as far as to say that even the worst Disney/Marvel film/show isn't as terrible as something like Morbius or Madame Web.
Marvel is producing bad movies/shows if you ask me. They have been creating mess like love & thunder, She-Hulk,etc. They haven’t been the same since the Endgame.
