Absolutely aligned with Anmol's take on Kabir Khan's filmography. Bajrangi Bhaijaan is what it is, because of the brilliant script of Rajamouli's father. There have been so many sports biopics in the past decade or so, which is probably why these movies seem repetitive. 83 in my opinion was good, while Chandu Champion was just okay.
Bajrangi Bhaijaan had a brilliant script? 😂 Story was predictable as hell, characters were childish and one-dimensional, the climax was unnecessarily stretched, and some scenes (Bhaijaan saving the girl from the brothel, the entire scene of them illegally crossing the border) were some of the most stupid scenes I have ever seen. I don't care if it is an unpopular opinion, but I liked Chandu Champion better.

Three aware and responsible men sitting together, discussing the real-life struggles of living in a time where anything you do as a man is viewed with criticism.
I agree with jammy in the actors political view point that the audience should not judge them on their political views but bollywood is also is in fault because for a very big part of time bollywood is connected to gangsters who really harmed our country and through bollywood they tried to brainwash the indian audience by showing muslim characters in good light and hindu characters in bad light and i think everything in this world has a saturation point and bollywood had crossed that point and the audience is not dumb to understand that what's happening, and my conclusion is bollywood is in fault here for downfall and boycott
Although I don't agree with all the opinions , I feel overall it was a nice podcast . Just one suggestion Shan - try to engage both your guests equally,PJ seemed a bit out of place. He was more open in the previous podcast.
You guys are right. Kill’s structure should inspire future action flicks. This podcast was a great collaboration. And about your opinions falling on deaf ears, no matter how disregarded you feel, it is extremely important that you voice them.👍👍
Shan, alternate education you spoke about doesnt mean the children cant deal with the world. In fact they learn to do it much earlier than others. Because they are nurtured internally. They grow differently and learn to combat everything around them unlike only studying in other conventional schools.
There is a small correction " Great indian kitchen " showed shabarimala issue and ur saying it does't had religious angle?? . May be you are not aware of it.
39:57 Shan said “Kerala Story is Worst than a School Project, Movie bol rahi h agar tere saath tera dost baitha h uska naam Mohammad hai to maarde use”. While he Praised and Defended the movie when it released. And here you did a Complete 180 degree turn, just because the people you are sitting with didnt like the movie. I watched you because you are the most brutal and honest reviewer and blame some other reviewes for going with flow, while here you did the same. How can i consider you genuine for your other reviews?? Whats the difference??
Shan went from being a RW to a leftist within 2-3 months. Just some months ago he was praising Article 370 & Swatantra Veer Savarkar in their reviews, bashed Anmol Jamwal indirectly in his Article 370 review, also exposed Akash Banerjee, did podcasts with Sham Sharma, spoke against wokism in movies. Then he took a complete 180 degree turn and started doing podcasts with Anmol Jamwal and speaking against movies like Kerala Story and Pushpa 2. Shan lost all his credibility in last 2 months otherwise he used to be 1 of my favourite reviewers but I unsubscribed to him after his Pushpa 2 review
@@amits4744Shan is still a RW he did a podcast with jammy before this approx 1 years before Veer savarkar and Article 370 were fantastic movies Because they respected the subject and filmmaking but kerela story wasn't good. And what's wrong in sitting with your opposite ideologies talk how they think
This is where mammootty stands out when it comes to choosing stories. He’s still choosing the most risky characters and stories at the age of 73 and still leading Mollywood. He created an image for himself as an Actor first and then a star. Hence people expect characters from him.
You could say Taxi Driver might feel boring on a first watch, but that's not true for The Shawshank Redemption, which remains captivating even for someone new to Hollywood films. Movies like Taxi Driver and Mulholland Drive tend to grow on you over time. When I first watched The Shining 5-6 years ago, I found it neither scary nor sensible, but rewatching it a few months ago helped me fully appreciate why it’s regarded as a horror masterpiece.
@anirudhsharma5151 It's not that supernatural type of scary like in The Conjuring, but rather the claustrophobic type of scare caused by the desolate location with a sad history and its psychological effects on the minds of its temporary tenants. Whether there is really a ghost in the hotel or not is not the main concern.

Question for shan,pj and jammy ,is it easier for you guys to separate ideology of filmmaker from the film. I can speak for myself i cannot do it now. I am fan of movies but contributing to success of a writer/director/ actor of a movie who overlook atrocities on one community and only highlight fault line of that community is where i draw the line. I didn't watched kerala story as people said that its a propaganda piece but when i see similar type of propaganda in works by Mr Kashyap or in stand up of Varun Grover my conscious prohibit me to watch their work(Jigra is written by Varun Grover). Do you also face same dilemma while evaluating a piece of art
Good question but I think it is the demand of the job. As a reviewer one needs to only look at the art because your opinion will never align with everyone else's 100%. Maybe they have conditioned their minds like that else kaam kaise karenge woh log. We watch a film probably based on our personal choices but they need to watch everything irrespective

Although they have never addressed so many evil practices of one another religious community. They have showed them as victims on top of that. And the Kerala story is not a narrative. I started watching Jammy first, in terms of movie reviews. Then came across PJ's channel, There's another guy from The Quint channel, Anupama Chopra and the channel 'Social', sometimes, I watch.. only these people I rely upon for authentic movie reviews, and I can confidently say, these guys are the reason I knw about the movie making, what I knw today. They've enhanced my knowledge of what I used to observe and like/dislike about the whole movie process, but couldn't explain it..
I really don't have problem with Babil Khan. Humza syed, is a guy who make some crap instagram reels on green-flag, red-flag thing is much more problematic and much more toxic for people who watches him and expect everything to be like what he portrays in his reels. He literally promotes being careless, simping, slavery as green flag, also a word I can't even use hear but somewhat means watching your partner with someone else. You should have called out that guy in place of babil, shan. His 90% content is so problematic.
Happy to see honest conversations happening in a world where it's so difficult for a regular person to differentiate pr from genuine content...keep up the good work guys❤️❤️

37.40 I just observed something: they gave examples of two films, Laila and Hum Do Hamare 12. You can see how they celebrated Laila but were disgusted by Hum Do Hamare 12-complete hypocrisy.
No one celebrated laila. He was giving example. Most of the the people don't even know about it. I watch lot of series but haven't watched that at all.
They are just hypocrites and have a certain narrative, whatever fits their propaganda is "mind opening and freedom of speech" and if it doesnt, it's just right wing doing for votes, except for pj he is not that leftist at least not for now.

@eashmishra2960 its not sammy its savi i did't watch it but who watched it said its very different from savi but its is quite inspired by Gumrah (1993) which was a dharma film itself so dharma has full rights to do whatever they want to do with even though jailbreak premises was same in jigra amd gumrah but many things was different. And yes savi is not even in the scene its just a publicity stunt by Divya to make her film famous. Even if what mentioned in the film was 💯 correct and true, still entertainers can't have a political view that is known to public. It will destroy their career in entertainment business.
Jammy’s experience with the guy in the theater is the average female experience

What a good fkn episode. Def wanna see and hear more of this trio in the future!
You guys are right. Kill’s structure should inspire future action flicks. This podcast was a great collaboration. And about your opinions falling on deaf ears, no matter how disregarded you feel, it is extremely important that you voice them.👍👍

What a podcast 👏 👌 ❤ we need more podcasts of you three

YOU CANT BE THE GUY THAT PEOPLE CANT DEPEND ON - Wah
Shan, alternate education you spoke about doesnt mean the children cant deal with the world. In fact they learn to do it much earlier than others. Because they are nurtured internally. They grow differently and learn to combat everything around them unlike only studying in other conventional schools.
Exactly. It was painful to hear the biased Babil bashing honestly.
There is a small correction " Great indian kitchen " showed shabarimala issue and ur saying it does't had religious angle?? . May be you are not aware of it.

CLASSIC PODCAST❤🎉🎉🎉 WHAT A VARIETY . JAMMY : MOST PROFFESIONAL PJ: AMATURE SOPHASTICATED LAUNDA. SHAN : MATURE SOPHASTICATED LAUNDA
Love this podcast, Shan. I need Jammy/Suraj/MOC collabs at least once every 3-4 months.
@@amits4744Shan is still a RW he did a podcast with jammy before this approx 1 years before
Veer savarkar and Article 370 were fantastic movies Because they respected the subject and filmmaking but kerela story wasn't good. And what's wrong in sitting with your opposite ideologies talk how they think
This is where mammootty stands out when it comes to choosing stories. He’s still choosing the most risky characters and stories at the age of 73 and still leading Mollywood. He created an image for himself as an Actor first and then a star. Hence people expect characters from him.
please do this with jammy alone next time.
Jammy has a so soothing voice
Oooou I was eagerly waiting ever since the community post!! ❤
Genuinely asking, what do you find scary in Shining?
@anirudhsharma5151 It's not that supernatural type of scary like in The Conjuring, but rather the claustrophobic type of scare caused by the desolate location with a sad history and its psychological effects on the minds of its temporary tenants. Whether there is really a ghost in the hotel or not is not the main concern.
Bhai it was like watching my like minded friends talk about movies and all...........(pure testicle touching moments)...........keep up the good work and thank you to jammy for introducing me to the world of malayali movies got to know FaFa !!!

It was a wholesome video yaar !!! Pura podcast dekh liya yaar!! Badhiya tha collab!!!
The problem is one sided political religious narrative
Either don't do political religious narrative or if u are doing show it equally which is impossible to balance
So it's better don't show political religious narrative
U are here for entertainment just do that.
One sided narratives like the Kerala story?
If you are putting the left then broke it has a very very long place a phone sided narrative, more disgusting then Kerala story but I think you will not count them because they are not questioning a particular religion @@rogue434

Depicting hindu family system, which is the best btw, not too opressing, not too liberal like sex driven western world, always in a bad light. Although they have never addressed so many evil practices of one another religious community. They have showed them as victims on top of that. And the Kerala story is not a narrative. It's a true event and we have several such true events which hopefully will be shown on the big screen, without any taste of fake secularism

I started watching Jammy first, in terms of movie reviews.
Then came across PJ's channel,
There's another guy from The Quint channel, Anupama Chopra and the channel 'Social', sometimes, I watch.. only these people I rely upon for authentic movie reviews, and I can confidently say, these guys are the reason I knw about the movie making, what I knw today.

I rarely watch podcasts as its just not my thing but this one, I started as just a timepass but I was hooked within few minutes. Loved the episodes and I can't wait to watch other podcasts on this channel
Enjoyed this!
the director of chak de! was shimit amin and now he is just directing ads and also directed one episode of a 2020 series
he is not directing movies since rocket singh
That movie is great!

Ha vo Alia ka paid review tha kyuki Divya Khosla ne bhi uspe accusations lgaye the
@eashmishra2960 divya khosla khud apne film pe kaam krle phle badme kisi aur ki baat kre.
T series ka yhi kaam h khudki movie se koi movie clash ho jae to us movie ko neeche gira do jigra acchi movie thi to alia ke personal cheejo pe comment chalu krdiye aur singham ka bhi boht negative PR karaya tha so if you want to trust divya u can but logical people are not blind
@vanshthakur3599 I'm not trusting Divya I know she is a flop actress but she didn't said anything personal to Alia on Twitter but she Accused Karan That the Film Jigra was her film's remake and he made it without even asking her concent.I think Sammy was the movie name where Divya was lead and therefore Jigra was flopped
Although JIGRA is a flop no one can change this fact but personally I liked the film and on OTT it will get what it deserves
@@eashmishra2960 Were you under a rock?! She literally accused Alia of buying tickets for her own movie. Not commenting about which movie is better or not because everyone knows that Saavi was a cringe movie!!!!

The problem about Kerala story was it somehow forgot that they are in entertainment business. Even if what mentioned in the film was 💯 correct and true, still entertainers can't have a political view that is known to public. It will destroy their career in entertainment business. Their are not politicians.
