A lot of takeaways from this podcast, not exactly what I thought I would get from a one which had a stand-up comedian(though I like his clips). A lot goes into this profession, and being successful. Few years back, having moderate success as a presentor, I chose to be interesting rather than being funny, fearing, what if it fails. Hence, kudos to those, who intentionally go into a show to be funny and succeed consistently. Lot of application, hardwork, feedback, looking at oneself honestly while risking it all out. Lot of Insights, Lot of Learnings. Keep it Up. My Best Wishes
