YES!!! That's exactly what happened to me and I undid and redid this ten times, just in case I went wrong somewhere in the previous steps, but I always end up with all of them as rectangles (the head turns into a rectangle too after selecting "fragment" option)

Its very nice effect, I tried but after selecting Fragment option whole picture takes rectangle colour and picture does not appear, Can you help?
