My free kappa light chain is 51.65
My free lambda light chain is 35.04
    Kappa/lambda ratio 1.47
    No monoclonal proteins observed.
    Beta Globulin 2 0.53
Is this a big deal because I’m freaking out?

My kappa was 27.5 lambda was 23.6 ratio 1.20
I do have at least 2 autoimmune disease primary biliary Cholangitis and lupus.
My liver Dr said I shouldn’t be worried bc I have so many antibodies in my body and inflammation (AnA 1:1280) ferritin was 9 but wbc and rbc along with calcium all normal.
my question is, should I be worried?

@@unpopularopinionedpariah6102 I talked to my liver specialist. Because I have an autoimmune disorder that affects my liver. He said it’s due to having lots of antibodies and inflammation. All my calcium, rbc wbc are good. But, I do have protein in my urine. So I’m not sure
