In Daring Greatly Brene Brown was using the words Daring Greatly from a speech given by former US President Theodore Roosevelt. She interprets these words to mean vulnerability and states ‘We must dare to show up and let ourselves be seen. This is vulnerability. This is daring greatly.” So, How has vulnerability played a role in your career?
