      It's hard if you ask me. What I personally do is find alternative healthier options or make something similar with healthier ingredients. If not, i try my best to just chew some gum or drink water when i crave it. However, having it once it a while is not bad. Having it too often is where the bad part comes from. It is all about moderation.
