    I had the same complaints when I first started carnivore and then I found out I need to start doing it smarter so I pulled my little mini crockpot out of the pantry first time in 8 years I've used it and I started using it all the time. I would put spices or bouillon cubes or a small amount of Schilling mixes in it with a little water. And in one day I could have a whole pot of chicken by lunch time and tri-tip roast for dinner.

    Can you dip chicken in franks buffalo dip?
    Oh…another carnivore person once told me **always mix meats! It’s not So boring.
    So maybe have bacon with the chicken, or a couple eggs to dip the chicken in the yolk???

    Weirdly, the macros for SPAM are perfect. Eat Bacon. Snack on butter. Beef, beef, beef. Salmon til you can't swallow. Same with sardines. Eggs, eggs, eggs. Fried chicken in Lard!!! Go to Butter Bobs channel.

    Hope your trial and error helps. Keep an eye on your poo, low fat may mean you will need fiber to prevent blockages. There are low inflammatory fiber sources i have heard, but i am no expert.
    Please check out Dr Judys channel (Nutrition with Judy) She uses carnivore as an elimination diet to help people with a variety of health issues and has quite the collection of tips and tricks for those with issues on carnivore. I've thought for a bit you may need a slightly different approach. I had to use her free videos to help myself. She also has a community and i believe she does consultations as well. I am poor so not doing any of that but i figure this might help you or your wife. Best of luck Kilby family.🥰
    tbh when you mentioned nickel allergy the other day i felt struck by lightening. I have a mild but persistent nickel allergy. I dont wear any jewelry ever due to it. Never thought about food and its impact on that allergy. I take electrolytes which are minerals and yet food=minerals did not enter my brain 😆 Research time!

    You know here recently I've heard a lot more influencers mentioning lean days. It makes perfect sense to me that you would try to burn your own body fat I guess my concern is is what it cause you to be constipated because that's a worry of mine. So I'm interested to see how this goes for you guys

    Don't cut out the fat you will only fail. Study monogastric animals (example chicken) vs polygastric (ruminant) animals; (example beef, lamb). Ruminant animals do a good job in detoxifying food, monogastric allow a lot of mad stuff into their bodies and thus into your if you eat them.

      specifically for loosing fat a strategy where you eat very lean can be a very great tool (temporary tool)
      i use it aswell, jonathan "Carnivore muscle" also uses it for a bodybuilding cut. Its as simple as when there
      is no fat available the body has to use its own bodyfat (PSMF or just low fat is what is used for this strategy).
      Lots of people stall with weight loss and usually its dairy or too much fat. its specifically used for bodycomposition
      goals not for longterm carnivore.
      have a look at maria emmerich she does this approach aswell when specifically you want a certain body comp
      goal to be reached. too low fat for multiple days will eventually mess up hormones so it should be used sparingly
      the PSMF method.

      @@Tom_CarnivorousDG Yes Jonathan is a great source for applied carnivore as relates to body composition. He's my "go to" source of info with a lot more experience than anyone else I know has.

    Get some leaner red meat, chicken breast is extreme! Unless you are doing like a protein modified fast a couple days a week? 🤔

      All carnivores should know that the fattier the meat, the better! You need that fat or you're going to be struggling metabolically.
