Handy tip: When I am trying to get the last of any sauce out of a bottle or jar, I add like a quarter cup of water to it and shake it to get the leftover sauce. Then I pour it out into my dish and add another tablespoon more water and shake that.
I find this method empties out almost every last drop of the sauce from the bottle 😊

It must be something in the fall weather that has many of us thinking the same way. Make ahead meals and make our lives easier as we get busy this fall. I even make multiple loaves of homemade bread, mini loaves of zucchini bread and 3 grape streusel coffee cakes. I did 6 quarts of zuppa toscana soup, 20 breakfast burritos and 20 chicken and black bean burritos. I then ran out of freezer space. We did 24 beef pasties last week and those hog a lot of freezer space. 😊 When I have more room I can't wait to try your chicken taquito recipe first. Regarding *_using up condiments_* like that mustard and salsa:
You can _fully_ use up /empty out them by adding a bit of water and vinegar (or milk, if you like and that suits) and shake it up.
Esp. for cooking that's a great method.
(For sandwiches you have to be careful with the amount of water you add, of course. 😅)

So on the burritos I will take out whatever meat is left over chop it up whether it’s roast or brisket or whatever chop it up sauté onions and bell pepper and cheese add some salsa oh and beans they love beans and wrap them in the tortilla and put a light coat of either butter or Olive oil on the tortilla and pan fry them lightly to get them crispy as well and the guys love them they think they got them at a taco truck 🌮

What a great selection of dishes! Some I have seen, some I have made and some fantastic new ones. Thank you so much for taking the time to give us ideas for freezer meals.
I have made the traditional Ricotta/spinach stuffed shells, but never thought of them having a taco twist. Sounds good!

Sweet Baby Ray's makes a garlic parmasen which is a great marinade on chicken. I add a few more simple ingredients to it and freeze or grill right then. Makes an easy meal with sides and wraps if there are leftovers. These recipes are great ideas! Love your videos!

My sister has something similar she does at Christmas. It is hash browns, onions, green veggies and mushroom soup with cheese on top.
It is delicious. The bacon is a nice addition.

FYI.... I saw a commercial for storage bags with a flat bottom. They must be new. They would make our bag filling easier. I saw the commercial Jan. 2024.
Thanks for all your GREAT recipes and ideas.

I wanna go to Christine’s house for weekend breakfasts. Everything looks sooo yummy.
I am not a morning person, but I am a full time foodie. My mouth is literally watering here. 😛
Man, I’m really missing the days when I had a freezer. There’s no room for one where I am now.

Sorry, my dog knocked my iPad and the comment sent too soon!😂
Anyway, when you make “taquitos” with corn tortillas they are, in fact, taquitos, when you use the same filling in a flour tortilla, they are flautas.

In my opinion & I'm going to be forward. I don't like people who talk too much. They get off the subject and it gets boring. But you... You are one of the few I love to watch. You are funny and love your humor and not to mention your recipes. Sprinkle dink of cheese or whatever you use that day 😅

When I worked in food service when I was slicing onions and started crying, I would go into the cooler for a few seconds. Believe it or not, it helped.
