I’m not sure if the Kaminoans are really evil like most people seem to think. This scene implies that they believe Tyrannus is a Jedi, and this Jedi (along with Sifo-Diyas) put a safeguard in place for ROGUE Jedi. The Kaminoans likely didn’t know that every Jedi would be considered a traitor by the end of the war. They didn’t make the inhibitor chip. It was provided to them, as they state in this scene. Probably why Dooku wanted it sent to him for analyzation. So the Kaminoans wouldn’t find out the true specifics of the chip. As seen in Attack of the Clones when Obi-Wan visits them, they didn’t even know that the Jedi were unaware of the creation of the clone army. They likely assumed the Jedi knew about everything except the inhibitor chip, which they were told was a means of protection. This is not to say that the Kaminoans are perfect angels, however. They do still clearly view clones as nothing more than experiments and not actual people. They also try to vibe with the Empire in The Bad Batch, probably because they thought siding with them was their best bet of survival.
I'm pretty sure that the Kaminoans knew he wasn't a Jedi, given that the Kaminoan asks about what they should do about the Jedi. It would be weird if you asked a Jedi what to do about *the* Jedi. Everything else checks out pretty well though. Edit: Also forgot to mention, he calls him, "Lord" Tyranus.
Just realized in this advanced universe, nobody has ever tried tapping communications. Jedi were suspicious of Kaminoans, but apparently don't have anything to like intercept the calls. Imagine how quickly so much would have been resolved if they just did that. XD
With Hego Damask’a residual wealth in the hands of the Sith Lords, I would say that they paid for heavily encripted communications in order to keep any and all specialized calls completely private.
It's an easy argument to make that the Sith and Jedi are both cults. While Sith (the species) predate the Jedi by a few millennia, the Sith (Order) didn't exist until the Dark Jedi schism that fled to Korriban.
I have always liked the low-key Dooku theme. It is illusive and sinister. It, as with everything Dooku, was too subtle and elegant to garner widespread attention or gain as much notoriety as anything Maul.
So, the Kaminoans didn't know that Order 66 was planned to be used against all Jedi, just that it was a safe guard against rogue Jedi. But it seems that they don't really give a shit about that after all in Bad Batch, only that they get paid, which seems to be in jeapordy as the Empire is planning to use standard conscripts to replace the clones.
I mean, don't forget, palpatine's excuse for executing order 66 was that the jedi attempted to seize power and overthrow the republic, which would technically make them 'rouge' in terms of the GAR, so the logic there makes sense if you take palpatine at his word
This particular score of music towards the beginning of the video, along with the score that played towards the end of Dookus conversation with Obi wan in Episode 2 are in my opinion the quintessential “quite rise of the empire” scores

They had always been aware the situation existed, though the source of turmoil remained an unsolved mystery. They were trying their very best against a political mastermind and almost succeded, hadn't Anakin become so obsessed with the fear of losing
So... as much as I read and watch Star Wars, I'm just now barely realizing that the Kaminoans didn't know that the Order 66 protocol was a plan designed by the Sith. So... in this scene, they don't know it's Dooku (leader of the Separatist Alliance), they just think that it was the Jedi who really did put in the order for a clone army and there was another Jedi who proposed a protocol that would ensure Jedi wouldn't betray the Republic. A bit ironic that the protocol they implemented was meant to take care of a rogue Jedi yet they're fully aware their actions, in league with this Lord Tyranus, would be against the wishes of the Jedi Council... wouldn't that be rogue behavior? Haha
In the early draft of the script, Sifo-Dyas was "Sido-Dyas" because he was actually Darth Sidious. In the end they changed it to this: Sifo-Dyas was a High ranking Jedi and close friend of Count Dooku. Sifo-Dyas foresaw the fall of the Republic so, despite being dismissed by the council, secretly commissioned a Clone Army to protect the Republic. If I'm remembering correctly , Dooku, was secretly Darth Tyranus at this point and per his Master's instructions, killed Sifo-Dyas and they used his emergency clone army to their advantage, create Galactic War and implant Order 66 and all that.
@@StarWarsStory the problem is with this is that Sifo-Dyas never had the money to create the clone army.. I mean it was shown in the cw that even the republic almost went bankrupt in creating new clones.. the only person that had the motivation and money for the clone army is Sidious

Because Dooku was heavily involved with the clone army's initial production acting under the orders of Plapatine. In short he was well aware of the clone army and it's intention but acted like he didn't Infront of the Jedi and other separatists in order to not ruin the plan.
Not really they were given merely a slice of the plot because well they were the ones producing sidious army but never actually knew of the true sith plan they were merely pawns in the end. #idiots

Haha
They were greedy for money as told to Obi Wan by his friend Dex.
Can somebody explain the Sifo-Dyas thing to me ? So the kaminoans thought that Sifo-Dyas ordered the clone army for the Jedi ?
In the early draft of the script, Sifo-Dyas was "Sido-Dyas" because he was actually Darth Sidious. In the end they changed it to this:
Sifo-Dyas was a High ranking Jedi and close friend of Count Dooku.
@@marco002 Actually i read in the official wiki that it was Dooku who paid the money for the army.
@@marco002 it was Dooku and Sifo who together ordered army. Bur a then Dooku killed Sifo
Clone wars s6 there your anserw
What episode is this from?
We need a movie with Jedi Adolfo Diaz.Scene
no such jedi
It’s sad these people created an entire army for the Republic and swore allegiance to the Republic only to have both be destroyed by the Republic
They actually used john williams Kamino theme from attack of the clones in this weeks episode of the bad batch
Was this scene from Clone Wars?
PS: Very nice video
Yes apperently one of the clones had a malfunction and killed a Jedi this was a very good episode
Basically because of this episode some of the clones actually removed the chip they had in their head so they wouldn’t betray their friend the jedi I think Rex was one of them
What episode does it happen in, I don't remember seeing it?
Is this an episode from clone wars?
It is :)
I hate this scene cause it reveals that they were literally in on it from the beginning. Order 66 and all
The prime minister knew about protocal 66 but didn't know it was always part of the plan. At the end of the scene, he thinks the mysterous 'Tyrannus" is a Jedi, safeguarding againts rogue Jedi who might betray the republic.
Yo why didn’t she just hologram
Call the council like everyone else does
Because the council didn't commission the army, a member of their council supposedly did but since he died, the only other being with allowance to these discussions is "Lord Tyrannus".
@@StarWarsStory no no no I meant shak ti, it says she went back to corascant to ask the council for permission for an atomic scan, seems like a simple phone call would’ve sufficed and saved everyone
@@partrock350Perhaps it was something she'd have an easier time explaining in person, perhaps she thought there were spies within Kamino? Who knows :P
Always bothered me how they changed the prime minister’s accent from the films to the show.
How did Dooku know about the clone but an attack on the clone he didn't know or unaware of the clone when he Recruits Jango Fett in the comic issues even the game
Because Dooku was heavily involved with the clone army's initial production acting under the orders of Plapatine.
In short he was well aware of the clone army and it's intention but acted like he didn't Infront of the Jedi and other separatists in order to not ruin the plan.
@@jacobt1027 And at the same time he tells Obi wan that the republic is under control of a sith lord.
Not really they were given merely a slice of the plot because well they were the ones producing sidious army but never actually knew of the true sith plan they were merely pawns in the end. #idiots
What is the first theme?

maldito rarísimo jodio raro
This is so stupid, they call him Lord Tyranus so they know he's Sith, and they still believe Clone Protocol 66 would be against rogue Jedi?
I think the galaxy is full of Lords and Lady's without any affiliations to Sith :P
They are unaware of the Darth title.
I mean even if they knew they wouldn't care, they are neutral and the only thing they want is money. So if the republic wouldn't have made a contract with the kaminoans that says that they can only produce clones for the republic, they would also create clones for the sepratists if they have an intrest in that.
@@StarWarsStory like Crime Lord Jabba The Hutt.
