Even Sinatra's speaking voice consists of great phrasing and rhythm - each word is well enunciated and understandable.
Really nice to see an interview where you could learn something from Sinatra, rather than have an interviewer that annoys or bores the hell out of him.
Probably one of the most informative and insightful interviews with Mr. Sinatra I have ever seen. Excellent questions and patience to allow Frank Sinatra to answer thoroughly with great detail. Awesome, really enjoyed it.
Illuminating. Sinatra studied the breath control of Tommy Dorsey's trombone playing.
Sinatra's high intelligence and thoughtfulness is never in doubt. He brought these qualities to the songs.
Every word and punctuation mark mattered in his singing. Unique!
Fantastic interview with a fantastic performer.
What a fabulous interesting interview . Nice to see Frank so relaxed with Will . Thanks for uploadin .
@frankie4you2013 Right, because you're so perfect.
A magnificent singer and actor.
The greatest solo performer of all time
Will Ferrell interviews Sinatra
I thought it's Ron Perlman
Bill Boggs.
Same thought
Could it be his father?
Is it him?
Wow! Incredible interview with the Chairman! I want more! I love this man! I want more!
Plane and simple, there will never be another Frank!! Hell these days I don’t know if it’s even allowed....🤨
Excellent interview. Sinatra likes this guy. It is evident when he starts a sentence that the interviewer just used. Sinatra would never allow his perceived "vulnerability" to be on display to just anyone. Well done and enlightening.
Some pathetic low-lifes feel the need to make ugly comments about a man who brought so much happiness to people. I guess the bigger the talent, the bigger the popularity, the larger the amount of charity, the more desperate they are to put him down. Maybe it's because they lead dismal, nowhere lives, acting out like a bad child, gives them the attention they crave & makes them feel like they aren't so rotten. Now for the important part. Great interview by Bill Boggs. Thoughtful, insightful questions. Each one is answered with care & insight relating to any performer & an audience. 45 years on & this rare interview is still of interest to so many dedicated fans. Thanks for posting.
Frank Sinatra was a wonderful singer and performer, but he did a lot of shi**y and illegal things in his lifetime and that cannot be denied. No famous person should be idolized. They are all human with human frailties, Sinatra included. Oh and, by the way, I thought that we are supposed to be able to freely express our opinions here.
It’s not ugly comments if it is the truth
He was the premier entertainer of the 20th Century.❤
Thanks for the video. This has great historical value !!
Frankie ROCKS!
i thought i was looking older but it turns out im just looking more like frank sinatra.
Wow, what an insightful interview.
Bill Boggs; I shared a thanksgiving day with him and his son on the island of Jumby Bay off of Antigua in the home of Robin Leach
Fantastic. Thank you. X
I love him and miss him
Great interview. No nonsense questions.
Down to earth 🌎 superstar ...pretty impressive 😊
Nice interview with the man Sinatra as opposed to the superstar.
I feel like when frank smokes he didn’t inhale
He cupped it like Bogie did, except that Frank only took a half-inhale.
What an amazing man! One of a kind!!!
Its not verry often you see frank sinartra do an interview

I thought I had seen all the talk shows of that era. Merv Griffin, Mike Douglas, Dick Cavett, David Frost, etc. But who is this guy? I don't remember him. Almost like a Mandela Effect. lol.
@frankie4you2013 thnx bud
Is this Brian Staveley?
(See, 'Dose of Reality', on the Mandela effect).
Where i can see the full Video Please
Elvis did the same. He only agreed to sing songs that he was able to make an emotional connection to. On some level.
Te quiero mucho frank me gusta mucho el video ;)
Without artists, we become immoral creatures.
I keep forgetting how old this man was back then
What A great man
He got a lot from Ray Eberle.

Sto nervoso ma non so da dv è venuta sta emergenzy e che deve finire alla vecchia maniera..
Ah, Frank? Ok. I get the leisure suit. But...Puka shells?
Puka shells were a trend in the 70’s
@@Tristan0712 I had'em then, Tris. And I still wear them in the summer time and get compliments on them all the time.
That suit Sinatra is wearing screams Wop!
@J. J. Flabenowitz Your momma screams wop.
@J. J. Flabenowitz You like fucking corpses?
Well of course.. I mean after all he is a WOP 😎👍🏻
Watch your mouth.
Just about everyone wore that style of suit. Similar to a leisure suit but made out denim and for sporty for its time.
"Hey, we have video material we don't own, but we will sell it to you, because we are assholes."
What a real greaseball Sinatra was. Wearing his shell neckless and his leisure suit, I can smell the cheap cologne through the screen.
Are you carzy?? Just by that comment I can tell you are not a very smart person, you should keep your stupid opinions to your self 😉 🤐🇺🇲🇮🇹
You are not a very smart person, by saying anything you don't know about, SINATRA had more class in his finger than anyone, n he used colone frome SPAINE, i use the same colone.😊🇺🇲🇮🇹
It’s how the older generation of Italians dressed.
Frank's last wife, golddigger Barbara, said Frank washed in Ivory soap, which is the cheapest most foul-smelling krap on the market. I think Frank's wearing this strange outfit because if you look at 05:49 this is certainly the heaviest he has ever been, and wanted something to distract from that, although it's not working.
Angry much? 😂
Why did he have to be such a chauvinist? :(
Fabulous
This guy got a lot outta Frank more than Larry King could
