2016 Trax is the best car in the world! Don't you love the storage! I can't believe they took those out. I didn't get a new one, because I'm in love with the 2016.

I just bought a brand new 2019 chevy Trax LT. I love this car. Lots of room for such a small SUV. I just installed bugshield, window visors, and tow package. Next will be 18 inch wheels, tint, roof rack attachments, cold air intake, and stainless exhaust. Fun little car.
I have a 2016 Chevy Trax LT and absolutely LOVE that car~! Best car I've ever had. Car washes and oil changes. That year there were more cubby holes for storage, too, but no Apple Car Play. It's fun to drive, easy to parallel park and very pretty. I just love it. I hope to convert it to a flying car one day lol
The 31 miles per gallon highway estimate by GM is super low I was able to cruise in 80 degree temperature at 60 miles an hour for 4 hours and got 48mpg.
How comfortable in leg room is this Trax for a big guy? (I'm 5' 11" and a have a heavy set body type.) I'm considering this as my next vehicle. Thanks!
Hi Michael, thanks for asking. Height-wise you should be fine, not sure on your size though. I've had a few friends that decided to go with the Equinox for their size. Don't rule it out though, if you have the opportunity to sit in one at an auto-show or local dealer, I highly recommend it. Keep an eye out for the new Trailblazer arriving in the next few months, it's a hair bigger than the Trax.

I just got a 2018 Trax LT 3 months ago but mine is better then this one I have push button start & leather around the seats and a full electric driver seat
Hi June! Sometimes GM Financial will offer extra money off if you finance through them. Whether that's the best decision for you specifically, I would ask your sales person to show you a few options so you can compare. Compare the interest rate for the car vs the interest you may be gaining with your money in an investment. Some lenders may allow you to make payments via credit card, others will require a bank account. Your sales person should be able to find that out for you before you sign :) Happy car hunting :)
I Bought one of these Trax Redline Version (2018) paid almost $30,000.00 and I've had nothing but trouble. Drivers seat failed, (cushion caved and collapsed to the left and has become unsupported ,frame creaks and makes metallic cracking noises and the track is rough going forward and back) transmission failed (shifts rough, indecisive and slips), drivers door came loose at the hinge and caught the front fender, rear hatch right side hinge is loose, car is missing paint on the back inner of the hatch, Bose radio-camera-onstar shuts off all the time and becomes unresponsive, glove box fell off its hinge, sun roof glass doesn't fit evenly and flush, engine is buzzy and under powered and i only get 17.5 MPG, all wheel drive has failed and shut off the very first time I had it in the snow and its not all that better than a front wheel drive car in the snow, DO NOT like the vehicle any more and cant recommend. The car only has 5200 miles on it and I need to get out of this car ASAP!

Ken Birdsall I agree the only thing is the way the headrest like gets crammed in there I’m sure you get used to it. Also you have a lot of great videos been checking out the Cruz lately..
Great question! Personally, I think the Cruze is a better quality vehicle. That said, don't let that keep you from checking out the Trax. I've sold lots of them and every single one has been completely happy with their choice (even on my 3 month, 6 month, and 1 year follow-ups).
