It is now March of 2023 and I still have my 2019 Trax I bought new. It has almost 40,000 miles and yep, had a few recalls that were fixed and it's been a good car. People are way too soft now days and think every car should be luxury. Do change the oil before 4,000 because bad oil will kill it. Do make sure that the coolant gets checked for ph and change it more often than recommended because bad Dexcool will kill it. Also, don't be an idiot and forget the tranny fluid. Change that before it's recommended. Only 25% of car owners properly maintain fluids and the other 75% bitch about how their car died at 100,000 miles.
A friend of mine just bought one of these. An I find out they have A ball joint recall for Fauty spot welds. Since I retired from Automotive work I still Follow the problems in Various models.
My dad has a the chevy tracker premier manual (he got it manual bc its from another market, that’s why the name change) and it comes with a lot of features missing, like the lane assist, electric seats, weird os interface, and a lot more. Does anyone know if they changed the badge to premier or this is actually the premier option on the tracker?
Don’t buy it even though I’m like really late my grandma had the same exact one as this guy shows and her transmission went out and was shutting off while driving and was smoking and the inside does not hold up well at all do not recommend
Not normal,he needs to check his engine...i have a 2015 Chevrolet Trax,and the only time it was making a ticking sound was from.your Purge Valve,a $50 part

If u drive toyota dont. Worry ab out changing fluid s till 200000 .exept wngine oil.

They get good gas mileage on the highway around 30mpg
