So in your top 10, you have 4 Wii tracks, 2 Wii U tracks, 2 GameCube tracks, 1 DS track and 1 3DS track. In my honest opinion, I really don't like DK Summit so much as how that track is a watered down version of DK Mountain but in snow because it feels kinda similar but less difficult than DK Mountain. But it is your opinion and I won't object it. Also my top 10 favorite tracks are 3 from Wii U, 2 from GameCube, 2 from DS, 1 from Wii, 1 from Tour and 1 from 3DS. And to share you this fun fact about myself, Mario Kart Wii isn't the game that defined my childhood, instead it was Mario Kart 64 since I was born in the early 90's and as you noticed, none of the N64 tracks are in my top 10 list.
