Learning how to knit again after a year of crocheting, my grandma taught me it when I was a little kid, but I completely forgot how to do it, super curious how it goes!
If you drop stitches and they keep dropping down to previous rows, you can single crochet your way back up by pulling the loop right above the loop you stick your needle into
that's one of the very first things I made myself learn to fix when I first started, if you know exactly how to fix mistakes then you can do anything in knitting if you drop a stitch you can pick it back up with a crochet hook or your needle and make sure the loop goes back on your needle going right to left, the left side of the loop should be behind the needle (sorry if that doesn't make any sense 😅), that way when you knit them again, they won't be twisted!
Hi good afternoon. I have 4 ply yarn. I want to knit a crop top for my daughter, as you have shown in this video. Which type of needles did you use? So should I take chest measurements? If chest measurement is 32" then how many stitches should I cast on? Please let me know, I want to gift her. Have a good day, I'm from India 🙏
I really like all your works. I would love to enter this profession, but in the country I live in, I can't find the kind of yarn I'm looking for, and I don't have the experience.
It can definitely vary by the weight yarn that you use, but you can reference the written pattern linked in the description to know the number of stitches for your size!
Whats the name of the long red cord you use with your needles? I have regular wooden needles and also need extra space for these bigger projects. Thank you!
There is sizing on the link she put. Just above the section where she put the RUclips video there’s a section called “Finished size” and just before the written instructions there’s a section called “Notes” where she put all of the info.
I don’t understand why do we need to make a knit row after each rib stitch row? In other tutorials rib stitch is only p2, k2 without k row in between… it’s my second attempt to this top and it still don’t look right even though I do it exactly as on the video 😭
I started mine a few weeks ago. I thought this same thing, I’ve knitted beanies and did a perfectly easy ribbing with a k2 p2 so this was definitely harder to catch on to. I’ve recently picked it up and started working on it again because I LOVE the way it looks. I I’ve come to kind of like it, it also helps me make sure I’m constantly having the correct amount of stitches. I’d say it’s worth the amount of struggle it’s given for the knit row in between. I’ve knitted around 5 inches in total in two days which seems pretty nice to me 🥰 * came back to see how to cast off cause I like to know ahead of time and I was going through the comments and I just was thinking omg someone asked the question I’ve been asking myself for days now. so sorry for this essay 😂😂
no you dont need them but since you have normal needles then you have to create two separate panels and stitch them together with a crochet hook or needle and thread to make the tube

My friend made a cute crop top a few months ago, I wanted to try it so this will be my one of my first projects (second to the blanket I made)
How did it come out?
This will be my first project. Thanks!

if knitting a size small should the first row measure 10 inches on the needle? Should it look around 5 inches longer than the final product?
Hi just wondering. Is this snug enough to wear it as a tube? (Without strap). Will it fall off? Thanks!
I knit a medium, tried it on last night and foe me it works as a tube even could jump. I think it would depend on how well it fits you
How did you know how many stitches you needed for your size? I find it hard to make things the right size
It can definitely vary by the weight yarn that you use, but you can reference the written pattern linked in the description to know the number of stitches for your size!

There is no sizing guide? I checked the link and I do not see anything to figure out sizing at all. Am I missing something

I ❤ this
Can I work this in the round?
Sorry I'm a newbie- how many stitches did you cast on in the very beginning?
She did 112 stitches and said the number of stitches must be in multiples of 4. She mentions it @ 1:25 ☺️
Could I do this same top with your instructions but ribbed?
Any beginners who have done this? Or do I have to start making a simple headband or scarf?
I just finished mine, took a month since it was on and off, but it’s pretty easy
Hi Arlina such a beautiful name. May I ask what is your gauge for this Crop Top? Thanks
Do I have to use a circular needle? I only have the normal one

How to enter row one?? help me please I don't understand that 😭
I keep dropping stiches and restarting the whole thing
Upto how many inches is the length before cast off. Easy but didn't understand how much length. Please clarify.
Go to the link, the written pattern has the lengths mentioned.
can i knit this without circular needles i.e regular two needles?
Idk if that would have enough room for how big it would need to be
How many grams of yarn do I need?
