It's the same main WA, i just changed the size and rearranged some icons so they fit my keybinds better :) Party frames are ElvUI native. You can find my ElvUI profile in the description.

Not sure but most likely a DBM/BigWigs/LittleWigs setting. Have a look in settings you will probably find it there
