Just purchased a 2012 FZ1...super clean with 13k. Akrapovic stainless full exhaust and a Power Commander V. Had it to 165mph..."according to the speedo" and still wanted to pull. I rolled off the throttle at that speed, but still curious what it will do. Great all around bike. Coming from a current Harley owner. Just wanted a little fun before I got to old..lol
Mine made 148hp on the first run without any tuning yet. After adjusting the map ander removing restrictions made the same but higher redline and power comes faster drivability and smoothness improved alot
Many factors can impact results, brand of dyno, tyre compound, chain condition, air temp etc etc. The main is as long as your fuelling is good and you have seen a gain from where you have started then happy days!
@@P3TuningLTD actually made 2 hp less and afr is jumpy 1 afr difference at some points. I dont know if i should go back. Done with dynojet dyno and qoolich software. 5600rpm is 1 afr richer low rpm near 14 afr and higher rpms way richer. But bike runs strong and smooth.
I just got a 2008 i want to hype it up and do this how much power gain did you guys see and what was the complete process? What exactly did you guys add change and do to the bike so i can get mine done?
Good Morning! Average Peak power gains are around 5-6 BHP, it is more about the bottom end and mid range as that is where the big differences are felt! The ecu mapping process is quite long to type out but we optimise tables such as the secondary throttle valves, remove any limiters and restrictions, then fully map the bike in terms of fuelling before finally some ignition work. If by change you mean modification wise most people install an aftermarket air filter and full exhaust system before mapping!.
Hi, did you manage to get rid of the fuel cut when shutting the throttle? If so, was it due to the ecu restrictions for the first 3 gears or the air fuel ratio(PC5 map)?
Do you save these Maps as files I have the same bike with the same mods I would really like to just pick up the map from you let me know if that's a possibility
@@P3TuningLTD awesome! How loud was that racefit slip on? Thinking of getting one for my bike. Or maybe if you could put me in contact with owner I could ask him all the questions because I have the same bike !
Nice ...did a pull last year and my FZ made 135 rear wheel HP ....I need to get a tune
Yeah sure it made good hp but the torque increase at around 1500rpm earlier, that’s awesome! 👌

I have had the same setup with PC5. Did 290 kmh flat out in Germany
165 converted to gps is about 154. Still not to shabby for a naked bike!
Did that put a few years on?
How much for the PC V with the ecu flash for this bike???

Rodolfo Macrohon my question too... I kinda starting to get annoyed about the delayed gas response...

138 hp? Dont these bike make 150 from the factory?
All factory figures are quote at the crank, so you loose around 15% for the at the wheel figures. Thanks!
What quickshifter?
If memory serves us correctly this particular bike had a Dynojet QS fitted, thanks!
