  • Welcome back to our modeling series where today, we're tackling the process of creating the brakes for our project. In this tutorial, we will guide you through the initial block out using primitives, refining our shapes with ZRemesher and various cutting tools within ZBrush, and diving into booleans with DynaMesh.
This session is packed with tips and tricks, including how to use the Clip Curve brush for precise cuts, creating a 3D font from an image, and the importance of creasing for maintaining sharp edges. We'll also touch on the potential for ZBrush's dynamic symmetry to revolutionize your modeling workflow, making it easier to achieve symmetry based on the gizmo's position.
Happy modeling, and we look forward to seeing you in our next session!

Sir can you please explain, how did you start making the brakes without blueprint in the background and how do you know their exact location. and what about dimensions?

      Hi Morgan,
I always keep reference images on my second monitor. Occasionally, I'll place specific angles of the model on my working monitor to check exact locations. This isn't shown in the video to avoid distractions and to ensure you can clearly see which brushes or ZModeler actions I'm using. However, I've included screenshots in the description for everyone to use, making it easier to model these parts.

      @@henrychervenka2166 Hello sir,
I sincerely appreciate your comment for clearing up my confusion. I am new to ZBrush modeling. I initially assumed that you were eyeballing the parts based on your references and that you'd later assemble them. It didn't occur to me that you would cut those sections where you're matching with the blueprint to expedite the video and focus solely on the modeling part.
      Thanks
      Have a great day!

In the final video of this series, I will demonstrate various retopology workflows in ZBrush, showcasing how I completed the motorcycle.
