    Hi, first of all thank you for an amazing job that you do with your channel. Very helpful, funny and interesting videos. I want to share my experience with front valve. If you decide to change orings of solenoids with repeair kit, please double check a very very small metal ring that is placed on each tube between the end of tube that goes into the valve and the thread. It's movable and its shape suggest that it wedges the tube when thread is srewed in. It is not added to any repair kit. Mine was cracked and that was the reason of leak, so the leak was not in the valve but on the thread. I also recommend using pfte tape to seal thread, it gives nice additional oring, instead of glue. Cheers

    Good video mate but please invest in a set of axle stands. A skimpy little jack like that won't hold if your swinging on something in the future. Don't be the guy who finds out what a discovery 3 feels like when it lands on him.

    The reason why you are getting all that white gunk and failure on the actuator is because you need to service your air dryer filter on the compressor if you can do this and do a video on showing us how to do it that would be much appreciated💪💪and it’s only cheap and pretty straightforward to do ,,,,, I have done lots and lots of research and this is one of the main things to change to stop it messing up everything else ,the particles in filter breakdown and then go into the lines I’ve even heard a rumour from a friend who knows somebody where the little white filter part that keeps the balls in place broke down so much that all the balls got pumped through the air lines not good at all 🥶🥶, thanks 🙏 love the videos mate 😎

    HDC light along with ABS and brake was the cause of bad valve block? I have the errors come on intermittently and front sits a little lower over night. Looks like all the lights went out after replacing block seals?

    • @WIMPYbrothers
      @WIMPYbrothers  3 года назад +1

      Normally a dip on one side points to a leak in the airbag itself... the valve block delivers the gas to both sides. So from there is the air line and the bag. Is there a fault with the line or airbag shock it’s hard to say?? Not always easy to diagnose. Some say try spraying soap liquid to find the air hole?? I’ve never tried it tho. Hope this helps?? And thanks for supporting the channel 👍👍🙏🏻

      In honest, I hated my Disco 3 as it was just too many problems and because of the size and rust it was not nice to work on. I’d never get another. Lesson learnt so I then got a Disco 4 and it was Great. I was able to find a nice one and less rust made all the difference. The size makes them difficult to work on as you need some hefty tools etc. Invest the money when buying not in repairs. Is my advice... and the product is Loctite anti air and water leak. 👍

I can hear short bursts of air being vented somewhere a short hiss and then stops about a minute later it does it again. Is this the valve leaking back into the system then being vented out? It does look that way but no... When putting the valve back together it is best to insert the middle valve into the other half first??? if that makes sense? It looks like it is not there but it is already situated into the housing. Well spotted tho and thanks for watching
