So glad it helped your decision. It took me forever to decide and I'm glad I chose this. One point - The ABC canopy. I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to handle the set-up on my own including getting it in and out fo the car. It is heavy but worth it as it is solid. I am a small senior and not very strong. I managed to do it with some ingenuity. I did make a video on how to set it up if needed. I also got the canopy with the extra closed in sides to add in case of strong rain or cold because the price was really good. I have yet to use them. A simple extended pole in the center of the awning (if you get the awning) would stop the rain from puddling. Happy Glamping!
@@thepandemicdiva3369 I just reread this. I’m still recovering from the Texas freeze, have ordered your setup (I think). I’m confused re: the extra closed in sides. I wish to store stuff inside before using for camping while repairing house (or stay in while work being done). Does the xtra sides drape over frame? Same brand as the frame? What do you think? It would be long term set up(even while camping😉). Thanks
Have one side of awning bit lower than the other .. tilted. And yeah collect the water. Ive seen a chain slung over an awning making a collection point for rain water. The long chain hangs over edge and down to a huge clay pot. Water travels along the chain and down like a waterfall ending up in pot which of course overflows and can be channeled with a shovelled out drain. I like your tent. The blue gingham table cover is sweet.
Those hanging shoe holders like you’d hang on a closet rod or hang on your closet door are great for holding lots of odds and ends, like flashlights, lighters, keys, flip flops, etc. I have a 10x10 with the screen that i set up next to my 10x10 with the tent, so i have, in effect, a screened in porch too. Hi! Great tent and great video! For your awning - 1. Try drilling a hole half way on each side bar, then attach a bungee cord between the bars to give more support hopefully keep t he material from sagging and filling up. 2. Another idea for the awning if needed - obtain a replacement sidewall panel in whatever color you like. Use velcro strips (they can come self adhesive, but you might need to sew them in) to attach the replacement panel to the inside edge of the canopy top. After that, either use stakes and guy lines to pull the panel away from the front and create a small shelter from the elements OR use tent poles and guy lines to prop the panel up like a regular tent shade. I should have mentioned that you'd do best to select a replacement panel that has grommets, or install some yourself. Grommets make tying to guy lines easier. Lol. ...or I'm sure somebody has already mentioned just lowering one side of the awning or using pool noodles. But why be simple when one can over engineer the heck out of it like I do! Lol. Good luck! 👍
Great ideas and thanks for the advise. One other issue about the awning is that it is very difficult to setup, is heavy and is always slipping. I would prefer to do any with it altogether and just use the awning fabric which has velcro that attaches to the tent and tent poles and ties.
We have the 10x10 ABCCanopy canopy as well. Haven't field tested it yet, only in the backyard. (It's pretty heavy.) But it looks pretty solid. So it's obviously is a good mate for this Cube.

We have a small tear drop camper, but my friend wants to go camping with us, plus hubby & I can use the EZ UP CUBE for a screen house. I am your height, so it is encouraging that you were able to put this tent together! I heard your comment about the rain pooling and dumping on your head, so did not order that rain flap option. ~ Diane

Wow... I really like your set up. I'm terminal and want to go on a 2 week camp trip while I still can. I really wanted a bed like that but I just can't afford it. Happy Camping!!!🏕 ⛺
First thing I thought of when I saw the cot was snakes or mice under the bed. Moth balls is a great solution. Will not harm but the smell will keep them away. Mint too
Where I camp you leave toothpaste or gum in your tent you'll have a whole family of racoons chewing through your tent and moving in faster than you can blink. All food in a locked car, they open car doors too, or a latched container, same for garbage or clothes that have had food spilt on them. No problem with snakes or mice here , mainly raccoons.
Nice and roomy set up. Love the symplicity and colors...I'm taller and a bit claustrophobic....lol.Just wanted to say that I've used basic pvc pipe over tent poles for stability, when leaving it up for an extended period of time, in a windy area with great success and used some for add-ons as well. Might be able to do something for the rain/ weight issues on the front of yours, with it. Super light and easy. Have fun !
If it rains your stuff is touching the sides of tent your going to get wet pull them away a bit ! White rug camping not lol ! Every thing else looks awesome I would love one of these !
Depends on temperatures and humidity level. I always had a miniature kerosene lamp going all night which helped keep the interior just a tad warmer than outside and seldom had a condensation problem.
If you can don't sleep up against the wall of the tent. That makes it much colder. Try and move it away from the wall maybe a foot. That will make a big difference.
I knew of this model (I think) but without the awning years ago. This is the first one I've actually seen in use. Looks great. The frame for our canopy was quite heavy though. Hopefully they're made of aluminum by now. There are quite a few tent models with that amount of space. Just a different shape is all.
Suggestions from a camping veteran....you don't need all these luxuries esp the clock and furry mat ...anyway the sides need guy ropes 2 per corner with long steel pegs or it will fly, the awning will sag in rain so drop on side slightly lower and put a bucket underneath otherwise you'll flood your tent... the porta loo needs its own ensuite tent, they smell, leak and a mess to clean up much healthier elsewhere, you need a wash station ... not waterproof so pack gumboots, plastic bags & an umbrella...great for day picnics not camping
Don't get rid of the awning. Use it to direct the rain water into a barrel. You can use the water for cleaning. Take a shower or flushing toilet. Or filter the rainwater for cooking and drinking
I understand having a rug but why white? When you're camping you're gonna always have dirt on you unless you are camping in an open grass field. White is extremely prone to dirt.
So true, but I take off my shoes when coming into the tent. I just happened to have that white rug and when I put it in the tent it really brightened it up. I also thought it was a bit comical for camping but promoted the idea of "glamping". On the practical side the rug is very light, rolls up into almost nothing and can be thrown in the washing machine.
very interesting, hi 👋🏽 there , just want you to know, I JUST SUBSCRIBED TO YOUR CHANNEL, Loved your Camping ⛺️ tent / little home camping setup, gave it a thumbs up 👍🏻 for great interesting Content.
About the awning. Take the end away from the tent and make it lower, then where it is attached to the tent. May have to slant to poles for awning. This will help rain run 🏃♂️ off :)
Sure thing but it will have to wait until the Spring/Summer. But basically - leave the windows open (otherwise it will puff up with air and make it difficult to fold). For now just follow the set-up steps backwards. Best of luck!!!

The floor seems to be very leveled🔥
Wow... I really like your set up. I'm terminal and want to go on a 2 week camp trip while I still can. I really wanted a bed like that but I just can't afford it. Happy Camping!!!🏕 ⛺
Praying for your recovery! 🙏❤
Very cute setup. We love cozy camping accommodations!
It looks so nice...nicely settled things to put that makes feel relax and cozy kind of. I like that :)
Fun, fun, fun...I felt so relaxed just watching your video!
Absolutely LOVW IT....especiallythe name.....GLAMPING!!! Ahhhhhhh.....YES, PLEASE!!!!!
You did such a nice job~hope it was a blast!
Really nice looking tent too. Looks sturdy & u can stand up in it. 👍
Thanks for sharing. !!! ⛺ this tent is nice and big enough that someone that's homeless could live in it !!!
Thank you for this video. I’m all over that table. I’ve been looking for one. That’s again.
Have fun !
Thank you . None of the other videos do a good review on this. I just ordered one. Your video Is perfect
Glad it was helpful! Happy camping!
I hang a 24 inch cheap box fan from the ceiling I absolutely love it for the airflow
It looks great a real home from home and so cosy.
Wow I love that it’s so big I’d love this! We’d love this!
Nice! Suggestion: try to place a pool noodle under the awning to lift it up a little. This will avoid the rain from puddling.
If it rains your stuff is touching the sides of tent your going to get wet pull them away a bit ! White rug camping not lol ! Every thing else looks awesome I would love one of these !
I’d keep the bed away from the walls to avoid condensation on your bed,
Depends on temperatures and humidity level. I always had a miniature kerosene lamp going all night which helped keep the interior just a tad warmer than outside and seldom had a condensation problem.
That is a nice set up you have there .
If you can don't sleep up against the wall of the tent. That makes it much colder. Try and move it away from the wall maybe a foot. That will make a big difference.
Cute little set up..i hope your enjoying it have fun and stay safe
If nighttime security is a concern, use carbineers to clip the inside zippers at night.
I have the same fluffy white rug in my camper van!! Xoxo. Love your tent!!
Don’t cook inside a tent, EVER! Stay safe, have a good time
Having severe physical challenges I love the idea of camping without sleeping on the ground. Comfort makes camping enjoyable for me.😅
I knew of this model (I think) but without the awning years ago. This is the first one I've actually seen in use. Looks great. The frame for our canopy was quite heavy though. Hopefully they're made of aluminum by now.
There are quite a few tent models with that amount of space. Just a different shape is all.
Yes the frame of the canopy is heavy. One can get aluminum ones but they can be a big problem in heavy rain and wind.
In New Zealand we call 'camp cots' - stretchers as 'camp cots' are portable cots for camping for babies haha. Always throws me off when I hear it :P
I was looking for an EZ Tent to set up..I might think about this one..Thanks for sharing..
Very nice great ideas loved the tent
Thank you for all the cool and unique product links. Looks like I could tow this tent behind my Mazda Miata? LOL
They have bicycle tow alongs ;)
@@reesekolcow6136 Cool!
Very nice. I want one of these
I friggin' love this
It’s really very cozy looking!
I see tons of fun in your future! My kind of purchase!
very interesting, hi 👋🏽 there , just want you to know, I JUST SUBSCRIBED TO YOUR CHANNEL, Loved your Camping ⛺️ tent / little home camping setup, gave it a thumbs up 👍🏻 for great interesting Content.
Like the zip up walls for 3 season warmth..
This is an Awesome idea!
About the awning. Take the end away from the tent and make it lower, then where it is attached to the tent. May have to slant to poles for awning. This will help rain run 🏃♂️ off :)
I have the exact same light, best I’ve ever had
I really love this!
Wow this is very2 good for quarantine when space is out
I have never in my life seen a fancy way of camping that white throw rug has thrown me off 😂
Nicely done!
Too cute have fun
I LOVE this set up!
Thank you, I am single and worried I couldnt carry and put the tent up. Your video helped me decide to buy. Can you video taking it down 😊
Sure thing but it will have to wait until the Spring/Summer. But basically - leave the windows open (otherwise it will puff up with air and make it difficult to fold). For now just follow the set-up steps backwards. Best of luck!!!
Oh I read that book, very interesting!
That is amazing I want one!!!🥰
