Thanks for excellent demonstration/explanation, It removed my confusion about breast stoke style as a beginner.
By far the best video I've watched for this technique. Thank you so much !!

Really clear and easy to see and understand. Thanks 😊
Your all videos are great . Continue making videos .love your videos .thanks .
Thanks for the video, the instructions are very clear. Are there two versions of the breaststroke? Some swimmers have their hands out of the water on the surface during the recovery phrase ( the praying hands position) and then put them back in the water to extend forward. Generally it seems like Olympic swimmers perform the breaststroke this way. On the other hand, there are swimmers that perform the recovery phase underwater. So their hands never leave the water. Which is the correct way of recovering the arms?
I went to practice today and my coach was very pleased by my breaststroke thanks a lot
Great video. It would really help me to see the swimmer just swim an entire lap once the leg and arms part of the stroke has been put together. Just a thought!
Excellent video thank you.
Thanks for the effort made on your videos short and precise 😉

Hi Jalal nice video its inspiring.
Thank you!
When do we have to breathe out can someone please help ?? ...I think I'm not getting enough time to breathe out and breathe in while my head is out for some seconds
Hello, I am just a beginner. I have great difficulty pushing my chest upwards (from under water). what could be the problem ?
A problem could be that you don't use your arms enough to push the water back and as a result you have difficulty pushing your chest upwards.
Hope this helps !

I don’t know how to dive and When I do freestyle, I feel really unconfident because of my bad form. I want to take lessons but at the same time I’m 14 and feel awkward about getting lessons
Don't let feeling awkward keep you from learning! I'm 41 and just learning and I feel awkward too, especially as I have social anxiety. You can do private lessons at most YMCAs. It's definitely worth learning. 😊
I learned how to breathe properly so I could do laps in my pool, so at age 66 I took swimming lessons, and now. I do laps every day. I do the breast stroke. Only not as done in the video.......I am not that good yet. You are NEVER too old to learn.......
