thankfully he's not the bleeding heart rean is. rean was annoying it also annoyed me that despite all of the huge battles taking place in the cold steel series, hardly anyone ever dies. in this game there was an unexpected death right at the start, and at the end of chapter 1 there was an extremely unexpected death, of someone i expected to either join your party or at the very least pop up throughout the game. it adds so much, not knowing that everyone is safe from death like they were in cold steel. definitely prefer the combat of cold steel 4 and reverie, but i really like that there are deaths in this game that really adds a lot more intensity and emotion to the story.

It could be worse they cancelled the Aus physical entirely so I have to wait a few weeks for mine to arrive.
I ain't getting mine til Monday lol
Ive never tried any of these trails games since ive heard you need to play this X game and X game first.
Yeah not here you don't - Mark
Looks like it's worth picking up, thanks for the review gang 👍
I couldnt help but get irritated when you didn't switch into command mode upon atunning enemies on field lol
3d trails has always had switch as it's worst option. I'd run it on steam deck if i wanted portable.
the graphic lag and low FPS just bleh, fixed it though, bought a steam deck XD
Tried the demo on switch and the graphics and animations were distractingly bad. Gonna give the PS4 (Pro) version a shot, seemes like it could be good but the art style and presentation are not sitting well with me atm.
Game is been delivered tomorrow but I'm playing through cold steel 3 and then 4 and reverie before playing it but It's ok because may be when I'll catch up they'll released daybreak 2 and I won't be waiting to much 😂
From the very beginning of this review there are too many "one more", "personality" and "personally" to be a coincidence 😉
Finally a unique RPG? My brother in Christ, it uses the same formula Trails has been using for 20 years
It's the combat system that they changed it up. Where you can do both Turn based and action. Which there's not many if there are any games that do this. Which makes it a unique rpg.
Ummmm you mean the brand new combat system has been in the series for 20 years? Damn I didn't notice you could always do that...wait...
The game title is wrong in the video title bros
Oh yeah I put Trails through daybreak. Ah well good spot! Mark
@@SwitchUpYt Trails Through Daybreak is correct Trails from daybreak is wrong
