It's always nice Sydnie when shooting on a long range like this sighting in to put a vertical stripe of tape down the middle of the target from top to bottom. Everything else is judging distance. If u can consistently hit that tape u r doing great👍! Perfect practice leads to higher confidence & shorter bloodtrails👌. Glad to see the Bowmar & paying attention to anchor point b4 releasing a clean shot is part of your shot preparation.
That bow is nice and quiet, nice. I have a 2015 Bowtech Icon carbon with the regular 5 pin spot hog also from 2015. Bought it for my son and just recently took it over from him. So I am only getting into compound bow shooting and hunting now 😅
That was fun to watch. I'm just now getting into shooting compound bows. I've shot traditional for a while but I'd like to change it up for a while. Great video 👍👍👍
Do the 3 pins always end up being sighted in no matter where the first pin is set? Or do you use the first pin when you use the dial? So set them 10 yards apart, will pins always be 10 yards apart regardless of where the dial is set? Hope this makes sense
No, the gap gets bigger as the range increases. For example, if you set the top pin at 30 the sexond pin might be 30 but if you set thr top pin at 50 the second pin might be 65.
I dont know your draw weight and draw lenght but i think you said your shooting 250 spine that is a really stiff spined arrow I shoot 29in draw 70# with 175grains on the point of arrow and my arrows are 300 spine the 250 is even stiffer
Allie, one way of remembering the difference between Accuracy and Precision, Accuracy is the Average performance, ie, you maintain performance over many shots; Precision, on the other hand is Raw target hits, ; in summary, a Large group of shots is Not very Accurate, if they are all 1/2" off each other, then they are Accurate, but if the group is spread evenly over the target bulls eye, then it's Precise as well.
Li'l archery tip I just started doing for your arrows and seems to work/help ... Spray/rub thin film WD-40 on front half of arrow... Helps remove arrow from targets easier ...
Your nock points are too tight resulting in nock pinch. Notice how your arrow floats up briefly before at full draw? That will affect your accuracy and consistency.
.250 spine arrows? dangg.. i dont know your draw length or weight, but that seems pretty stiff for only having 100grain tip. unless you're hiding 200 grains of insert in there lol
Sydnie, Why are you still shooting a straight fletching on your arrows??? A HELICAL fletching, on your arrows, will keep your arrow flying more accurate, even with a cross wind.
I’m very happy you are promoting bow hunting , great job . I would definitely like to you plan your videos a little better , segue better , and stop editing so much , be natural . You are a good talker , and good promotor, please do not make you videos sound like reading a parts list for ikea furniture . Keep putting in good work and keep loving outdoors .
lol someone off-shot obviously screwed something up.. @0.32sec you can clearly hear "F***!" hahaha. Sounds like they should've watched this video instead!!!
A good bow shop makes life so much easier.
Criminally underrated videos. Sydnie is a natural and would put the average person to shame.
So is Tim Wells
Doubt it lol

Good info. Thanks Sydney.
Love it! Very solid info also want to hear more about how Sydnie was a mystery in college...Whattt
Really good video! Getting into bow hunting and just going through the same process
Way better options than a PSE imo
If I had some advice for you I would try to anchor with my 1st knuckle on my earlobe and I Would not move my feet after ice come to full drop
Great video thanks 👍
God I love the wells! Awesome family

"Archery Buddy". Sounds like entered the Friend Zone with no return.
I would love the chance for an outdoor adventure hunt... thanks for the opportunity
I shoot the spot Hogg fast Eddie xl double pin sight. Great sight
Great vid mate..👍.
I would say with your draw Wait and lengthAt 2:50 spines awful stiff and less you got like 2:50 grains in the front of that thing
Great shooting, you enter a sub 🙌🏽
solid content

Carbon express is backwards with the maxima reds.

cant tell but looks like there is no nock sets and you have nock pinch. when you draw its picking the front of your arrow up at 13:24 good luck
I Exkspecally like the red.
Guy needs T handle Allen keys. Game changer
Bravo!!!!
When you pulled high on your 40yard shot, the only reason was you dropped your wrist/arm low right pushing the arrow above your point of aim
Day 14 since you commented "Content coming soon" when I asked you to take Tommy Smokes and Lil Sas buck hunting.
Li'l archery tip I just started doing for your arrows and seems to work/help ...

I figured you for a Mathews or Hoyt.
Hope y'all hit the 👍 if is the least you could do 👍👍✌️🤟🙏
Sydney could do a 30 minute video on how to tie your shoes and I’d watch it, lol.

Some soft nots would fix that wright up.
Smoke
More shooting please
PSE draws extremely rough and I’ve always had issues tuning them
The only way this exists is because she is sooooooo good this sport. Top 1 %. She is quick shot also. which is nuts.
Well might have something to do with how great her daddy is lol he definitely paved the way, but syd is much better looking then Tim 😂
Slock 01
Topp!
I shoot the exact bow!
There's no x in especially
.250 spine arrows? dangg.. i dont know your draw length or weight, but that seems pretty stiff for only having 100grain tip. unless you're hiding 200 grains of insert in there lol
Might not be the phattest 15:55 but definitely survival wife material
So nice to see real people doing real useful things.
Not like Gay Dave in shorts and pizza

Some one should make a Dave target 🎯
Apart from me .
I have a rear facing deer, with a Dave head.
I love biting it in the butt hole

for beginners yet she's using a $400 sight
If you need a sight on a bow, you shouldn’t be using one!
I’ll outshoot you with a sight on my bow and I’m not that accurate
BOY this girl talk’s to dam much, Shit just shot the bow. You said you were going to walk us though setting up are bows.
TOOOO MUCH TALKING AND NOT ENOUGH ACTION!! THUMBS DOWN!1
This is AI video
No back yard where you live!!! Sacrilege.
Your 60 yard shooting was a little shaky so it's a good thing you're HOT. Lol

Hot? She looks like Tim with a wig.
