I’m more worried about who they hire to write these projects than I am the cast.
This is my concern as well. The past hires with the multi diversity hire all have go.

I would love to see a Scarlet Witch solo movie. She is still the one character that is missing and presumed dead. I can't imagine her not being in the Avengers movies and she should get a redemption arc.

Definitely excited for Deadpool and hoping that Blade is done right. That said, seeing some more Black Knight and more Moon Knight would be nice.
I really hope that the movies start going into the story lines like different avenger teams and the levels of heroes and villains like it has been talked about lately. (city level heroes, cosmic heroes, etc.) I cannot wait to see how they handle all of this stuff and then get a huge collab with many of these different teams going up against the big big baddie.
I genuinely hope the MCU can get back to using the strategies of sprinkling out the plot points they did for Phase 1-3 since the build-up to Thanos was done progressively and not rushed which is what the current phases are feeling like. But there is some phase 4 content I enjoyed: No Way Home, Loki s2, may want to give S1 a rewatch; Wakanda Forever (RIP Chadwick Boseman), Guardians Holiday Special and Vol 3, and Deadpool 3 may be next on my list.
Yes I get you, but also I think they been sprinkling but too thin, it's so long between each story getting a bump/update.
I will stick with marvel at least through next avengers in hope they will do good and not just nostalgia pops..
I did like most the shows just they could've should've been better.

i think a lot of people are forgetting what is actually phase 4 and what is phase 5. phase 4 actually ended with holiday special. phase 5 started with quantumania, guardians 3, secret invasion then so on. i also think people forget about all the other great projects in phase 4 like wandavision, falcon and the winter soldier, shang chi, ms marvel, moon knight, werewolf by night, on top of the usual picks of no way home and wakanda forever. for me, looking at the phase 4 lineup, its my favorite after 3. if anything, phase 5 has been the flop phase so far.
@execuwutie_YT I agree. I feel people focus on the bad content to say the whole phase 4 was bad. But there were good shows and movies

I'm Honestly shocked how much I enjoyed ECHO. A lot of marvel hasn't been hitting for me recently. This was a step in the right direction 👏

Deadpool 3 and X-men are about all I'm interested in. And even then I'll probably be waiting until they come out on streaming. I'm looking forward to D23 and Comic Con I think they're going to have a lot to show us. I also think Jonathan Majors is going to be rehired for Kang. It's going to be a while but he's in there. If we have Armor Wars why not Wizard Wars (or Sorcerer's Scrum or whatever). A magical war, not the limited thing with Kaecilius and maybe Mordo but a full-blown battle between light and dark magic leading into Midnight Suns. Thanks for the update. Wolverine vs Deadpool..... two of my favourite 3 characters, will certainly be watching that multiple times over.....
The only secret think I can think of is the rumored project with Chris Evans. Would love to hear about that officially.

I agree 100% I hope they show the f4 cast and I can't wait to see how the plate has changed
My biggest reveal interest definitely revolves around what kind of pivot they pull regarding Kang Dynasty and Secret Wars. If they are turning away from Kang outright, I'd personally love Kang's disappearance to be a plot point where some entity has been hunting down all Kang variants in existence...and this turns out to be Doom who recognized Kang's threat and went on the offensive. This could easily lead into Secret War (I'd actually prefer they revolve Secret War around Doom a la the second Secret War and not the Beyonder).
Also, been checking out your music. Really enjoying it! Posting that here in case it might remind people who only watch you here to go check it out.

I think Doom needs to be established first in the FF (and probably not in the first film, since Marvel doesn't like repeating villains from previous runs of franchises) and he needs to be established in multiple films as the villain with a contingency plan for everything. To just throw Doom in at the last of these phases would be a huge disservice to the character.

when you said Coven of Chaos, you gave me flashbacks to this project that i think was supposed to be filmed at the same time.
I think it was supposed to be a Mephisto special that starred Sacha Baren Cohen as Mephisto. I'm not sure if they followed through on that and if that ended up getting made or not. I forget which year that was talked about. But i loosely recall it being mentioned in the back of my mind.
I remember that too! I don’t think it’s completely done but it’s probably on hiatus. Most of these things are pretty early in development and Marvel is moving to focus on quality over quantity.
I wasn't sure if they scrapped that project or not when they started going into Quality Control

after seeing the phase five timeline, im mad we didnt' get anything on blade yet, like a teaser at least, ive heard its going through so much to get it up and running. so im hoping they can bring it out, loved the wesley snipes ones and they will have a lot to live up to with this new go.
Blade is delayed because they had the script and Feigi got mad blade was the 4th character and not even the main character so now they are doing a rewrite of it.

@@rickbone3906 It was deliberate look up why the firm had multiple turnover via directors and the blade actor Mahershala Ali frustrations on the issue.
They literally made the movie Blade and had blade as the 4th support character and not the main focus of the movie.
It only was addressed when Kevin Feigi blew his lid when he saw the script and now they are re-doing it.
Note this is because Disney is focused on DEI and gender vs just making a movie everyone can enjoy.
The odds are that anyone paying to go to D23 is going to be a professional in the industry or the media. Showing trailers, even incomplete, makes sense because pros want to see the proccess as well as the final trailer release.
I noticed the Echo watch party wasn't saved or maybe not recorded at all. It was an OK series. I'm going to enjoy the Spotlights as shows that stand on their own. The post credit scene clarified a rumor. Kingpin will be mayor of NYC. NYC heroes, AKA the Defenders, have occasionally had to deal with bad guys who have Hammer Tech. That tells us he was either released or still has the ability to design and sell weaponry in prison. But that is an aside. The real big deal is that Kingpin is directly connected to the Director of the CIA as we saw in Hawkeye and Black Widow. If President Thunderbolt Ross is Red Hulk, the street level heroes will have to stand up to really hard core villains. I could see La Contessa Valentina Allegra de la Fontaine making deals with space villains or villains from alternative Universes. I'm sure they can shoe horn Spiderman in. That's how they all (Daredevil, et al) tie together before Battle World!
Or so I would imagine.

I am a bit older at 66 but have been a fan of Marvel since my youth, but I have never been as excited about what's coming in the MCU as I am now! Particularly with The Fantastic 4, Shang-Chi and Secret Wars! OMG! Lastly, I have always wanted a PS unit as I love playing video games especially Madden!!!!

I think sticking to deep dives of upcoming shows/movies is probably a better use of time than having 2 similar presentations weeks apart.
It’s gonna pop off at D23, since the studios panels will be held at the Honda Center, not the Anaheim convention Center.
More announcements will be great I just hope the movies live up to them
