He has said he loves the character, because Bucky is fundamentally on honorable and patriotic warrior that was poisoned and had to find himself again - when the brainwashing and terrible deeds would have left most people crushed and defeated. Plus, he's one of the MCU's most creative supersoldiers in terms of combat tactics. This allows him to punch above his weight in tough encounters.

I hope sometime we get a story about Pietro surviving at some point, if just so that more can be done with him. Undoing his death alone would have led to a very different path for Wanda and if any of the MCU cast could benefit from a What If episode it's him.
I love this idea (especially when we consider what X-Men does with Quicksilver) but from what we've seen all 'What If' content comes with some cost, like with Dr Strange Supreme. So this could be taken as "What if Quicksilver never saved Hawkeye." or a "What if Wanda died instead". Either way I would love if we got something that used Quicksilver more

I'm so glad that Marvel is putting so much time and effort into What If...? It's the kind of show that can go on forever, as long as the writing is good. My only complaint is that episodes are kinda short, meaning you skip out on character building and emotional impact in order to get to the action. But it's still very entertaining!

But he DEFINETELY wasnt a cameo. He is major part of few episodes - Zombies, 80s Avengers vs Ego, Captain Carter vs Hydra Stomper even sees him evolve from first ep to second as good Alexander Pierce type figure
I LOVE this series. My only complaint is that the episodes seem small. I wish they were 45-50 minutes long episodes so that we could get more character bits. Specially when characters like Happy and Kahhori are being explored, I wanna get to know them more so that I can root for them.

Means like she has ability of teleport through multivers (she send all characters to their univers), she can fight easily with all infinity stone, she can run fast like a speedster and what we know about her other powers. I am so hyped for season 3 already, bring it on! This show has really inspired so many different ideas and possibilities for how the MCU could grow and change and there is almost no limit to it. I also hope we get to see the "Marvel Zombies" series that uses the same animation as What If. Like if you can't wait for both. Lets also hope season 3 doesn't take as long as season 2 did.

The term I use is “Official Fan Fics” for when companies make something that feels more like a Fan Fiction (in a good way). Like the Citadel DLC for Mass Effect 3. What If…? definitely falls under that category.
I have a what if comic that's What If Thor was raised by Frost Giants, it's basically a switch of cannon, where Laufey adopts and raises Thor instead of Odin adopting Loki, it would be kind of cool to see a What if episode of that.

Excited for a season 3. I don’t think season 2 was perfect but still enjoyed most of it. I hope that we get longer episodes with maybe a few less if needed. Some of the what if stories are super fun and just want more time with them both in general and just to give the stories the time they need to develop.

@@carlosgarcia-pd4wqmost of them had stale storylines and felt like a Saturday night cartoon episode. The only one that has some sort of quality is the hela episode. The rest are junks. Season 1 was has way better stories and characters.
"What If" is probably my favorite part of the MCU right now. I can't wait to see what they do with the next season. I do regret that season 2 didn't have the same team up opportunity that season 1 had, instead opting to just let season 2 have more of a sequel vibe to season 1 instead of a fresh crossover, but individually the stories were awesome.
The second season was like a milestone ahead of the first one. It seems like they managed to figure out what the essence of the show needs to be. Can't wait for the next season.

My ideal What If episode: - Hydra is doing deep sea operations during World War Two and this harms Talokan so Namor reveals himself to the surface decades early. After initially fighting Cap, Namor and Cap form the MCU’s version of The Invaders consisting of them, Bucky, the Human Torch (teased in the First Avenger), Dottie Underwood’s Black Widow (from the Agent Carter show), a young Isaiah Bradley, and a couple others
The first two season are great . Everything in this show is so epic in my opinion . I can't wait for season 3 , I really hope to see more weird things in the future 🔥🔥🔥 .
nova nebula, hela becoming worthy, and 1602 all should've had feature length runtimes - those were the real standouts and they highlight the fact that marvel still has a few good storytellers in their stable
I agree on the Hela episode, it was very rushed and could’ve been great! I think Hela should’ve taken the lead role in season 2 over Captain Carter. As Hela is physically powerful AND actually magical.

I enjoyed all of season 2’s episodes. Not one of them disappointed me. And now I’m excited for season 3, a less scruffy Red guardian being hilarious and an ever stoic Bucky 😂. What if is just a masterpiece in the MCU, so many friendships, character development and encounters I never thought I would enjoy
I was satisfied with most of season 2 except for the finale. I wanted a Corpsman Nebula, Freak, Sakaaran Iron Man, Captain Carter, Kahhori and All Mother Hela crossover. The 80s Avengers could have their own show.

I have a what if comic that's What If Thor was raised by Frost Giants, it's basically a switch of cannon, where Laufey adopts and raises Thor instead of Odin adopting Loki, it would be kind of cool to see a What if episode of that.

Excited for a season 3. I don’t think season 2 was perfect but still enjoyed most of it. I hope that we get longer episodes with maybe a few less if needed. Some of the what if stories are super fun and just want more time with them both in general and just to give the stories the time they need to develop.

@@carlosgarcia-pd4wqmost of them had stale storylines and felt like a Saturday night cartoon episode. The only one that has some sort of quality is the hela episode. The rest are junks. Season 1 was has way better stories and characters.

"What If" is probably my favorite part of the MCU right now. I can't wait to see what they do with the next season. I do regret that season 2 didn't have the same team up opportunity that season 1 had, instead opting to just let season 2 have more of a sequel vibe to season 1 instead of a fresh crossover, but individually the stories were awesome.

My ideal What If episode:
- Hydra is doing deep sea operations during World War Two and this harms Talokan so Namor reveals himself to the surface decades early. After initially fighting Cap, Namor and Cap form the MCU’s version of The Invaders consisting of them, Bucky, the Human Torch (teased in the First Avenger), Dottie Underwood’s Black Widow (from the Agent Carter show), a young Isaiah Bradley, and a couple others
I hope David Harbour is voicing Red Guardian this episode. I love him as Hopper in Stranger Things, and he was one of the highlights of Black Widow.

nova nebula, hela becoming worthy, and 1602 all should've had feature length runtimes - those were the real standouts and they highlight the fact that marvel still has a few good storytellers in their stable

I agree on the Hela episode, it was very rushed and could’ve been great! I think Hela should’ve taken the lead role in season 2 over Captain Carter. As Hela is physically powerful AND actually magical.

The Hela Episode was OK, and that's it. They shouldn't have done Odin like that. 1602 was amazing but ultimately ruined because they put all the focus on "Captain carter"

I enjoyed all of season 2’s episodes. Not one of them disappointed me. And now I’m excited for season 3, a less scruffy Red guardian being hilarious and an ever stoic Bucky 😂. What if is just a masterpiece in the MCU, so many friendships, character development and encounters I never thought I would enjoy

I was satisfied with most of season 2 except for the finale. I wanted a Corpsman Nebula, Freak, Sakaaran Iron Man, Captain Carter, Kahhori and All Mother Hela crossover. The 80s Avengers could have their own show.

That's why they're showing footage from it: it's mostly been animated and voiced.
