I have your Red Sea Skimmer attachment and catch cup and sometimes get moisture built up at the bottom of my scrubber. I'm using a RO canister currently for my media.
The new red sea dc skimmers have a sensor in the lid, which shuts the Skimmer down if a full cup is defected.
Wonder if there is anything clever like that you could do with an Apex before it has to hit the final fail safe chamber with the float valve.
The leak sensors could also trigger a shut off if too much liquid is detected

Only thing I would like to see added to this is a drain port in the media portion of the reactor. No matter the design there is going to be excess moisture getting into the media chamber and it would be nice to be able to drain that out periodically.

Once enough builds up at the bottom it gets pulled up into the 2nd chamber

Like a skimmer, you could attach a hose and drain it into a bucket just as an option ​@@FishOfHex

Is there any reason to run a c02 scrubber over running skimmer tube directly outside to fresh air?

Self employed retired
