Why do some Africans bring their family dysfunction and poor parenting styles to the UK and burden the UK’s legal and social services with the resulting domestic drama?

    • @joannaofori-appiah4339

Is not even family dysfunction, these are the people who have house helps and gatemen back home that they abuse

The father should contact the social worker to have the children placed in his care.

Blame the mother! She is a very stubborn woman and doesn't listen to anyone's advise or suggestion. We all listened to the advise of those who came before us when arrived arrived. Failure to do so will always get you into trouble, please learn the laws of your newly abducted country to avoid costly repercussions, and this advise goes to those who are new and potential relocators to the west (US, UK, Europe, Canada, Australia, among others).

We don’t know the relationship between this man and his family since he came over to the UK to study, maybe he forgot his family and transformed himself into a new born-again bachelor. There must be a serious offence why his wife is trying to avoid him. This innocent woman’s problem is the evil nanny she hired.

Many do not understand in the diaspora, mainly Europe and the USA, is an entirely different way of living. This is not a blame game. It is about not considering that the UK way of living is different from the African way of life.

Have lived in Lagos and gosh the Breeding factories are in overdrive. Having children not 1 but 4+ without jobs always looking for handouts but never thinking of children's welfare but sexual gratification. Illegally entering UK for a better life instead of having a vasectomy.

The mother of the children did the right thing by appointing a nanny to take care of her children while she is away for work, the nanny is been paid, the children’s mother have no committed any offence, the nanny ought to be in prison for being cruel to a child. The police would have arrested the nanny. Francis, I can’t understand why the UK law goes awkward when it comes to single mothers cases. The social services and police should handover the children to their mother, let her get a new nanny and let her go back to work.

What do you understand by the concept of delegation? She was supposed to make sure that woman understood her role and responsibility, and that included adequate information on how she was supposed to care for those kids. Why do ur employers do due diligence when hiring and also ensure that u are adequately trained before sending out to work? Cos of liability issues, isn't it?That falls on both mother and the carer she hired. That is why we have qualified nannies. That woman might also be in further trouble if they discover that the carer does not have the rights to work. Finally, i will say this for women...think more, feel less;acting on emotional impulse as opposed to logic never ends well.Whatever that was happening between the adults should never affect the children. It took two ppl to make children. You have no right to deny a father access to his kids, and the children's best interests should always supercede whatever angst u have for their father.

If you start beating kids over here, the kids report the parents to their teacher, and the parents are arrested, the child abuse that went on in Nigeria is not tolerated in this country. Parents Be Warned. ⚠️
