There are 2 new TLS Contact centres now . One in Enugu and another in Port-Harcourt. My mum recently did her biometrics in Port-Harcourt 2 weeks ago and her visa is out. However, the offer only premium service. But it's much better than travelling to Lagos. Thanks for the information
Hi scholastica thank you for the very detailed explanation. One question, if you declare on the visa application for your mum that’s she’s only staying for 1 month and her visa was approved for six months. Did they question her in the immigration why she’s staying for 6 months? Would they know that you only stayed 1 month on her visa application? Hope you can see this. Thanks. Would be great if you can respond soon as I’m applying for my mums visa this month. xx
No she doesn't need to stay tmonths in Nigeria. My mum has been on the 2years visa too. The thing is after 6months she must leave Uk to anywhere at all even if its for 1week or 3 days. My mum travelled after 6months dueing last Christmas and stayed for 1 week then returned to Uk.
@@OlamideWS No you don't have to. just give enough time from the biometrics date to when you want to travel. After biometrics your visa is supposed to be ready within 3 weeks at most
Thank you so much for this. But if my maternity is over but i need to invite her to help me with child care since i started work. How do i go about it.
it's the same process just that you ll change the reason for invitation just like i did for my mother in law. i invited her almost 2 years after my baby was born and my reason was that i wanted her to come and bond with her grand daughter
@@sefohimuse you can use both of your payslips. just include in your letter that you have not worked for a while and those payslips were your most recent payslips
I stand to be corrected when it comes to getting a letter from your employer just to invite someone. I just applied for my MIL and it was also successful too.
That's also alright. For me i prefer to supply as many supporting documents as possible to reduce the risk of visa rejection just like i uploaded 6 months bank statements when they required 3 months. i just like to be extra careful when it comes to things like this
My daughter is 2 now, is it possible to still apply for my mother in law now (ps she has been refused twice before for visiting visa but I wasn’t the one who applied)
No you don't need to pay for IHS even in the 2 years application. your visitor can only stay 6 months at a time. As for medicals, you can pay for a private health insurance from Nigeria incase you need to access medical care here
I am in the process of gathering documents to invite my brother for 2weeks visit according to my applocation. However, whats the implication if he stays for the full duration of the 6months visa granted. How is this going to affect my ILR application in the future.
Please what if i'm inviting my mum just to come and visit and not for Omugwo what letter or form can i submit to replace the Mat B form cos my children are grown . Thank you
whatever amount you are planning to use should remain in the account for at least 3 months so you can still use your bank for transactions but it should not go below the limit you want to use
you can use bank statements showing you sending her money, you can use family photos of celebrations or occasions where you both were together, you can use past whatsapp messages or anything you can think of that can link the 2 of you together

Hello, Nice video! Do I have to apply exactly 3 months before..?

Can I ask please?
When applying for a visit visa for your children who are under three years
How do you go about it
I'm quite confused here
Good analysis but you don't actually need bank statement, just 3 months payslip is fine. That's all I used and it was successful.
That's ok. i like to provide a lot of supporting information when i apply for a visa
Hello Temitope
Please is it reply possible to use only payslips for invitations?
Pls how do i reach you what a guide line to invite my mom pls
Is it necessary to add payslips to bank statements
@quinclyblessing3987 yes it is. 3 months pay slips
Thank you for this. Does my mom need TB test certificate?
No. She doesn’t. Because it’s only for 6months
Hi, can i show my husbands payslips if i have not been working for a long time or can i show my payslips dated back to 6 or 7 months ago
@@sefohimuse you can use both of your payslips. just include in your letter that you have not worked for a while and those payslips were your most recent payslips

No i didn't.
Is tuberculosis test part of the required document pls
No it is not
❤❤❤❤

Please sis was the bank statement you provided stamped in the uk bank or did you download it online
printed and stamped in the uk bank
@@ScholasticaUgbokaif u download from your app, it’s not valid? Like u have to physically go and sign it at the bank branch office ?
@delapisbae9561 it may be valid but for me i went to the bank physically and also told them to stamp it
What if the person you want to invite is a student, does she need a prood of funds as well ?
Yes she does

I have not added my partner on my tenancy agreement. As he is in and oit of rhe country, Is that a red flag, kindlyadvise
Can someone invite an aunty if the mother is late using the same process?
My daughter is 2 now, is it possible to still apply for my mother in law now (ps she has been refused twice before for visiting visa but I wasn’t the one who applied)
Yes you can. what was the reason for refusal? if it's confidential send me a message on instagram let's talk about it
Thanks for replying Schola, I really appreciate it. I have sent you a Dm on Instagram as well
Will you be needing to do medicals at IOM also will you pay for IHS in either the six months or 2yrs own
No you don't need to pay for IHS even in the 2 years application. your visitor can only stay 6 months at a time. As for medicals, you can pay for a private health insurance from Nigeria incase you need to access medical care here
Pls do you know of any private health insurance that one can use in uk?
Do you need a police report for visit visa?
No you don't
Thank you
Can a dependant invite her father?
YES
yes
I am in the process of gathering documents to invite my brother for 2weeks visit according to my applocation. However, whats the implication if he stays for the full duration of the 6months visa granted. How is this going to affect my ILR application in the future.
There is no implication. The standard visitor visa is for 6 months, so he can stay for the entire 6 months
Please what if i'm inviting my mum just to come and visit and not for Omugwo what letter or form can i submit to replace the Mat B form cos my children are grown . Thank you
You can use the one I used for my mother in law, just personalise it to your situation
Kids birth certificate is what I am using for my mother in law and my mum
Please the 2years visa will ut be utilized within 1 year or 2 .or can it be used anytime after the first visit
it can be used within 2 years of approval but she can only stay for 6 months at a time
Please how long must she stay in her home country before coming back for another 6months?
Hello, does it mean i must have the £6k for example for the period of that 3month statement?
whatever amount you are planning to use should remain in the account for at least 3 months so you can still use your bank for transactions but it should not go below the limit you want to use
How can you get prove of ties for an aunty
you can use bank statements showing you sending her money, you can use family photos of celebrations or occasions where you both were together, you can use past whatsapp messages or anything you can think of that can link the 2 of you together
Hi @scholasticaUgboka please can I get a sample of the invitation you used to apply for 2years visa
