It's a MiniMOTO which is just Honda parlance for minibike. By the way a moped specifically has pedals, if it doesn't have pedals it's either a minibike or a scooter. Mopeds are essentially motorized bicycles, although some try really hard to look like scooters lol. While minibikes and scooters are a subclass of motorcycles. In the case of Honda's minimoto lineup it doesn't matter if it has a backbone frame or not, or if it has a CVT or a manual clutched transmission, they are all considered "minimoto" minibikes, being listed separately and apart as such from their scooters.
