Normally don't add comments but have been listening to this meditation and the other similar one that is 2 hrs long.... I AM AMAZED!
I have listened to this 5 times so far as reccomend and don't plan to stop!
Not only do I wake up feeling happy and refreshed every morning (partner has even mentioned that he's noticed the shift in the AM as I am NOT a morning person but have beem waking up with energy and bliss) but my left ear has been plugged for almost a month now and nothing had helped relieve it. Listened to both videos for the 5th time last night and WOKE UP TO MY EAR BEING CLEAR!!!!!! 🙌🙌🙌

I’ve been fighting stage 4 cancer. I’ve listened to your videos every night while I sleep. I just did my pet scan today and according to my doctors “the cancer is melting away” 🎉 they said it’s almost completely gone!!! They couldn’t even see the spots on my new scan. True story... Yesterday morning I woke up and I felt a headache coming on the left side of my head. I started focusing on that particular area and a vision just like the picture on this video came to me and the headache was gone. We are stronger than we think. God is great!

As someone who dealt with pain and digestive issues for years and recovered from it I want to tell you all that you can overcome whatever you are going through like I have. I am now free of pain and in a relationship with the most beautiful black woman I have ever seen and we live in a wonderful apartment. She was supportive of me when I was going through stuff and I love her. I am now my healthiest and my body is totally recovered and I am living my dreams and enjoying time with the people I love from my cousin to my other close friends. Life really can change for you. It has changed for me drastically and I believe that your life can also drastically change for the better life mine has.

I had an ectopic pregnancy back in March and they were going to rush me into theatre but as I had eaten an orange they said they would do it first thing. I literally had this playing all night and when it finished, some religious prayers, back to listening to this. In the morning Dr's said the pregnancy was resolving itself, so I didn't need surgery and was able to go home that day! This is amazing! 💖

It iscurrently 2:00 a.m. and i just woke up...I have a broken tooth and went to a dentist to have it pulled... and paid $45 to have them tell me after exrays that they don't do extractions! Ive been in pain the whole time... I took a Tylenol last night and found this meditation. After turning it on, I think I heard maybe five words and I was asleep. I can feel my mouth is still swollen, but the pain is currently gone! I LOVE that! I'm going do the usual waking things, and then try this again!

I have arthritis too now in different places in my body and only 59. It’s scary because both my grandmothers lived close too 100 years ok. I also found out I have accelerated bone loss. I was enjoying Zumba 5 days a week. Needed to stop. Now I walk 2-3 mi per day. I miss zumba, the music, the dance. I’ve had some challenges with anxiety throughout my life due to childhood experiences. Trying to find ways to control my anxiety is a little more challenging. All the messages here are healing to read in one way or another. Blessings and gratitude to you all.

I just had major abdominal surgery and had complications healing. Most meditations don't really physically help me but this one actually had my body vibrating internally towards the end and I could actually feel it working! The next day I felt better and more hopeful. Just concentrate on what needs healing while listening. I also felt it in my heart chakra area which was pretty cool and much needed🙏🏻 Thank you!

Ok I’m always a little skeptical about these but- I went to bed with a really sore knee and a swollen ankle (I’m kind of falling apart lol). I mean- my knee was so bad I felt like I couldn’t walk on it. Listened to this when I went to bed and this morning my knee doesn’t even hurt and my ankle is back to normal size. And FYI- my knee has been bothering me for over a month now. Pretty amazing!

I have been playing meditations for months now, and came across this one several weeks ago. It has been playing to me in my sleep.
