Interactive Webinar - The art of saying "No"

It is an interactive webinar about how to say "No" in a clear, yet polite manner. During the webinar we have learned how to bring our meaning across but in such a way as not to seem rude and structure our answers keeping politeness and empathy in mind. We focused on various circumstances that may influence our behavior and speech while refusing, practiced saying "No" in English... and just had fun sharing our experiences.
