Normal car paint. Base coat and clear coat through a spray gun. Good quality clear coat will take the heat. We painted this one in a Lamborghini colour with extra Pearl

@@haphazardgarage6439 its still connected to the circulation hose. I have no idea. But thats wht i was advised to used for a stage two as their spring can handle higher pressures. A forge blow off valve.
KD it’s more of a turbo that doesn’t flutter starts to flutter. These ones have some crazy wastegate from the factory. A little bit, but probably just feels quicker because it’s in my head.

Turbo flutter is back pressure on the impellers. BMW use twin scroll which can take back pressure but still it doesnt sound right even his standard is too loud. Probably a boost or vacuum hose off or perforated somewhere
Dave Leaver yeah it’s a strange one. On Sports Mode, they all sound like this dude. Even some of the bigger Minis like Clubman Ss sound the same. I think it’s ace.
James Harrison I’m not a huge believer in bolt on mods adding big power without remapping. I reckon a few hp might be freed up but I wouldn’t expect huge figures.
@@haphazardgarage6439 nae bother m8....it happened when I done it with my mk6 golf GTI and I had to take it to a garage to reset the sensor and turn the light off...don't get me wrong it might not happen to all cars just saying it happened to mine.
3:48 Why speed in a built up area ? There are buses, kids, adults and pets about. Its a bit moronic to be honest. I have a F56 Cooper S, so I am very much aware that they beg to be driven. You will find driving it much more fun if you stick it in 3rd, cruise control on, for 30mph in a public area and likewise for the other speed limits. Doing this will make the country roads etc much more fun and save you petrol. Honestly !

Probably because the cooper s has a blow off valve? Vxr has a recirculation valve. So if u attach a forge blow off valve. It'll make turbo flutters.
Average Mtb'er do we lose turbo pressure by blowing off rather than recirculating?

HaphazardGarage there’s an easy way to get flutter on the corsas , by blocking a vacum line to the wastegate. There’s a video on my Instagram of it

Air flow mass sensor can throw up an engine check light doing this and possibly put the car into limp mode....b aware.
