I’m trying to replace a saw sensor that is corroded on my NX-1324 Keypad / NX4 System. When I press *8, all of the lights begin to flash. When I enter 9713, they continue to flash. I’m assuming that means that the programming code is wrong. I do however know the master code. Could you explain how I can add/replace the sensor? Thank you.

Hey, what is the best 3G or 4G dialer to put with this panel? We now have NBN internet here in Australia and can't use the on board dialer anymore. What connections would I use? Thanks.

We usually recommend the following two for the Networx series:
      NX-592E-LTE-ZX-VZ - www.alarmsystemstore.com/products/interlogix-nx-592e-lte-zx-vz-alarm-com-verizon-lte-communicator
      NX-592E-GSM-ZX-AT - www.alarmsystemstore.com/products/interlogix-nx-592egs-zx-at-alarm-com-at-t-communicator
Although I do not know if these would work for you in Australia. Most of the cellular communicators we sell are for use in the North American market. You may be able to find the equivalents over there though. Cheers!

I purchased a home with this same system, I don’t know the master code, is there anything that I can do? Is it possible to do a complete reset?

      You ever figure this out??

Robert Nine i couldn’t figure out the code, nor did I know if it was a 4 or 6 digit, so I just ended up spending the $100 to get a new board and I marked the wires 1 by 1 and then unhooked them all, and hooked them up to the new one. When I started the up system it worked without any new reprogramming because my zones were all hard wired and the keypads remembered the names. I still ended up changing some of the settings like for example my front and back door would auto-bypass when stay mode was set, I’m guessing that a previous owner had a dog

@@starrywarz hmm...I might just have a new system installed...a modern one. Thanks a ton! Who knows what I'll do, but I really appreciate the response! Take care!

Robert Nine yeah at least for me, my system won’t actually dial out, but for only $100 I feel alittle better having a couple sirens that go off when the doors open at night. If I was actually concerned about threats I would have a new system installed or go with smart system...

Great video... Only you never armed and disarmed the system. It is my understanding; Unless you have a valid code, once the system is armed, you won't be able to disarmed it. You will be locked out forever. You video was great, but I'd be scared if I can arm it by hitting the exit to arm, but my code does not turn it off.

Your demonstration only works on the NX-8E which does use 3-digit user numbers however on the NX-8, NX6 and NX-4 use a 2-digit user number
