How can I VIEW the codes that are already programmed into the system?
There is no user function to do that. It's best to keep a list of who's code is programmed into which user location.
Example: 04)Karen 05)David etc....
If you currently don't know who is programmed where just re-program everyone's user codes on top of what is there and that will automatically erase what was in each location.
To delete a user without adding a code enter your master code, then 8, then the 2 digit user code location Example: 02, then enter # 0. You should here a confirmation beep letting you know the code has been erased.
If you are in programming you press # before entering a field. For instance if going into the Communicator to see if its on or off. You would press *29 normally to enter the values, you would press #29 and watch the numbers that pop up for the fields. If in doubt pay a professional a service call to prevent messing something up.
There is a way, but it's a pain. I had to call Johnson Controls (who was bought out by Tyco), and had to really push, but I got screenshots of the active key fob/location #s AND active access/alarm codes connected to our alarm Now I am able to compare to our list we have and clean it up. Good luck!

The only way to do that is to default the panel and reprogram the entire system. This is not usually a home owner friendly job. You would power it down, including pulling the battery, once you plug it back in press the * and # key will take you to programming. From there again unless you know what you are doing, I would call for help.... I'll be uploading a video in the next month that explains "basic" programming but every system is different.

wow, how people gonna figure out that 1st user number is 03? 01 is the master and 02 is another master number?

Sorry for my very delayed response. If the panel is at original default code still then it is most likely 4112. If it's been changed you should seek out that info from the previous owner. Testing codes that you think might be correct by simply entering them in followed by pressing 1 for off. If you get a confirmation beep after hitting off then you have a master or user code that is in the system. Try that code, if it doesn't work then it is a user code not the master code that is needed. There is a backdoor way to get into these panels that works sometimes.
