- In this video I show how to install a headset invisibly in a helmet.
If you also want to convert your helmet, make sure that the components do not disturb you or endanger your safety!!!
Because my motorcycle is Bluetooth-capable and I can operate all functions via the joystick, I no longer need any controls on the helmet.
Unfortunately, I cannot connect to other intercoms,
since I only need it for navigation it is not that bad.
Motorcycle helmet: Arai Tour-X4
Bluetooth headset: JBL E50 BT
Motorcycle: Triumph Scrambler 1200 XC

One thing I would reconsider is the battery next to your face, enclosed by a helmet.
In an unfortunate event of a crash, this thing
might finish you.
For more safety, I would have the battery outside.
Nice work, very inspring! I built in the speakers of a corded headphone into my Shark helmet. There are apps available to enable communication with your passenger or other riders (they have to be nearby though). The bluetooth headphone seems like a nice upgrade, gotta go find me a cheap pair to hack to bits ;).

Hi @alefguimel , this is no problem everything is inside the Helet . It is now some years ago and it still works perfectly
